Built in 1960, our home is not fancy. No stainless steel appliances or marble countertops. Our retro beach cabin offers a cozy, comfortable retreat with the world's greatest backyard - the pristine beach right at your doorstep.

Main House Features:
Two bedrooms for a peaceful night's sleep.
The beachfront master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and a convenient half bath en-suite.
The second bedroom is perfect for kids (or two adults), featuring a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle.
The main house bathroom may be petite, but don't worry; we have the world's best outdoor shower for your post-beach rinse!
Detached Carriage House:
Nestled between the main house and the road, you'll find a separate cottage.
Enjoy a restful night's sleep in the bedroom with a king-size bed.
A full bathroom with a shower en-suite adds to your comfort.
The laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer is also conveniently located here.
Plenty of Room for Everyone:
Our beachfront paradise accommodates four adults and four kids comfortably, with the option for two more adults or kids on the sofa bed. Please note that the bunk bed has a weight limit of 95 pounds. Rental rate is for up to four adults and four kids, or six adults and 2 kids. An Additional Person fee will be billed separately at $35/person per night.
With the separate carriage house, our place is perfect for two small families, grandparents or in-laws.

(We have taken our dogs down to the beach many times with no problems.)

We are on the beach in Kiska Beach, which is located on the west end of Panama City Beach, not far from Santa Rosa Beach, Seaside, Rosemary Beach and 30a.
Lotts of Sun is just minutes from Pier Park, the 900,000+ square foot shopping and entertainment hub, featuring a variety of restaurants like Margaritaville, Pompano Joes, Five Guys Burgers, Dick's Last Resort, and Dave and Busters, to name just a few. Pier Park also includes The Grand 16 Movie Theater, featuring Imax movies. Four out of five inquiries are asking about our proximity to the beach. Just to be clear, we have a single family home (not townhouse or condo) right on the beach. Our house sits in the dunes overlooking the beach and the walkway goes right from the door of our house to the sands of the beach. We have recently added drone photos.
We sleep a maximum of 10 people (4 kids on the bunk beds, 4 adults in the two king size beds). There can be no more than 6 adults if using the sleeper sofa. No one over 95 pounds is allowed on the bunk beds.

We had the absolute best week here at the Lott/Bush beach house! My husband and two boys loved the quiet end of the beach and proximity to the water. The majority of my childhood memories of vacationing at the beach occurred in small cottages just like Lotts of Sun. Our stay here brought back many of those wonderful memories. Marty was an excellent host and communication was great. The cottage accomodated our every need and being away from the crowds was a major plus. The weather was awesome and sunrises/sunsets were beautiful. We hope to have the opportunity to return in the near future.

I love the vintage original beach homes. They are all being replaced with high rises and we are losing history. This house is not for you if you want plush and fru fru! lol -But the view is awesome! The beds are super comfy and plush. The showers are tiny but the owner made us aware of that. The outdoor shower was great -not for tall people though. I thought it was very reasonably priced. We had a great stay.

This place is such a gem. We wanted to take our kids to PCB for sprig break, but did not want to be in the middle of all the craziness. This place was perfect for that. Even during the most popular time of spring break, there was never a crowd near us. We were able to enjoy the beach with only a few other families around us.We also like that we had the choice of the fine dining restaurants in Rosemary and Alys Beach and Seaside, which were only a few minutes away from us or the touristy places such as Pier Park that were also not far in the other direction.Marty, the owner was super responsive. Anytime we had a question he responded within minutes.We found the home to be exactly as listed, small and comfortable with plenty of linens, kitchen utensils, beach toys, etc. We hope to make this our yearly destination!

We spent five days here and I still dream of the incredible view. It’s is truly spectacular and literally the home is on the beach. We loved walking the shore each morning and evening. The water is a gorgeous emerald and mesmerizing.The beds are comfy and kitchen was perfect for preparing meals at home. This place is a Gem! This is beach house is cozy and quaint. It has stunning views, blue ocean water out of the living room windows. Best thing is the path to the beach is right there, no need to drive anywhere or cross the street! It does not get anymore convenient than that!

We had a very relaxing time on our vacation.. The advertisement for the“worlds smallest shower”. ,would be correct, but the beautiful backyard and the view made that the smallest thing to be concerned about. The outside shower was definitely the way to go! The main room had plenty of room and seating for all of us. The kitchen was very nice..The beach house is probably one of the last of its kind.. all one level and no stairs. I would stay there again!

Great place with view of the Gulf and beach. The house was so adorable and had all the necessities! Loved the decor. Even thought pets are not allowed on the beach, we took our dog down there numerous times with no issues…it was great! Just watch out for the sheriff in the white truck! The owner was great to communicate with as well! Can’t wait to go back!

We loved our stay in the rustic retro cottage in the west end of PCB. The view is nothing short of incredible! The large patio has plenty of furniture for eating or relaxing. And there is so much space inside when you need or want to stay in. The kitchen has everything you need, even two coffee pots, a regular drip and a keurig. The half bath in the first bedroom is a nice bonus in an older home. Just a short drive to the 30A towns, but we really loved the laid back vibe of PCB in the off season. We had the beach pretty much to ourselves. The Sunnyside Cafe just a block down the road was a great local place where we felt welcome. The Salty Goat a few miles closer to PCB was a fun place to stop in, and Craft out on Hwy 98 had really good food. This was a great find in a fantastic location. Thank you for sharing your home!

This was my families second stay in this charming cottage. You are literally right on the beach with everything you need. Catch amazing sunsets while grilling on the patio and watching your children play at the waters edge. Photograph jumping dolphins from the comfort of the couch. Shelling is one of our top activities and the beach does not disappoint, I was even lucky enough to find a white shark tooth on our first stay. It's only a short drive to everything PCB has to offer. Of all the experiences I have ever had, staying at Lotts of Sun ranks as one of my top.

If you’re looking for fabulous beach & sunset views this is the place. Right on the gulf, you can fall asleep at night listening to the waves. The house gives you all the feels of a 1960’s cottage, but with all the modern amenities. I highly recommend it.

Yes, we are a single family home right on the beach. Not a condo.
During high season (May 31 - August 2) we offer weekly rentals only with check-in and check-out on Sunday.
Outside of high season guests may check-in and out on any day except Saturday.
Your well-behaved pets are welcome as long as you pay the pet fee, they don’t get on the furniture or beds and you clean up after them. Excessive pet hair or poop left in the yard will result in a double cleaning fee.
We have two king beds (4 adults) and a bunk bed with trundle (4 kids). Adults are not allowed on the bunks (95# limit). There is also a sleeper sofa that can accommodate 2 adults.
