No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the home, including the garage and game room. Smoking is permitted on the outside lanai, but guests must dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. Marijuana is not permitted on the property.
A $89 insurance policy is required to cover up to $3,000 in accidental damages.
The resort charges $20 plus tax per car for easy access passes (per stay), but there are no daily resort fees, saving you extra costs!
We accept up to 2 well-behaved, non-shedding dogs. Please contact the owners to discuss why your pup would be a great fit for your stay. Due to allergies, confirm with owners before bringing your pet. All dogs must be vaccinated, housebroken, and non-destructive. Pet fees: $100 for the first dog, $50 for the second. You must clean up after your dog, and they must remain on a leash outside. Damage caused by pets is the guest’s responsibility. Dogs should be confined to one area when left alone. Pet sitting/walking available for an extra charge. Not other pet is accepted.
Please note: early check-in's or late check-out's are not available when there are back to back bookings. An 8 bedroom home takes time to thoroughly clean and launder. We are proud that our cleaning team does not take short-cuts and pays close attention to detail. If Mickey's Mansion is ready ahead of schedule, we’ll let you know so you can check in early and start your stay sooner.
Rental agreement needs to be reviewed, signed and returned to owners including the names of all guests staying on the property. The maximum amount of people is 16 including children, babies (and day visitors) and is strictly enforced. No parties or events allowed.
In addition to the required damage insurance upon booking, we highly recommend purchasing a travel insurance policy incase the unexpected happens. Life is unpredictable so make sure you are covered.

If it happens to rain one day, there are DVD's available to watch and games to play. When it's time for bed, they will love retreating to their Mickey, Frozen or Star Wars room ready for a good night's rest dreaming of their next day's adventures!
Located in Emerald Island Resort, a 24 hour, secure, gated community, a short drive to theme parks (one of the closest to Disney), restaurants and every kind of shopping imaginable. The property's club house hosts a beautiful, heated outdoor pool and spa, exercise room and Tiki Bar with a small menu of food, snacks and drinks for purchase. Take a walk on the resort's nature walking trails, enjoy a game of volley ball in the sand volleyball court, shoot some hoops in the basketball court, or try your hand at tennis on one of the tennis courts. Play pickle ball, mini golf or rent a bike. There are children's play areas throughout the community, one located within walking distance of our home. A children's play area is just around the corner. A little bit of a hike, but a nice walk to the clubhouse and all its amenities including mini golf and Tiki Bar.
For those that want something fast or on the go, Chick-fil-A, Wendy's, McDonalds Portillo and Taco Bell are just minutes away. Let's not forget HOT Krispy Kreme donuts for the mornings or anytime you're craving something sweet. If you are looking to sit down and have a meal close to Emerald Island, there is an Outback, Red Lobster, Bonefish Grill, Longhorne, Buffalo Wild Wings, Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen, Cracker Barrel, Texas Road House, Lazy Dog (love), Bob Evans, Olive Garden, Panera Bread, Miller's, On the Border, Bahama Breeze, Sickies Garage (love) and many more. There is also Chinese takeout and pizza. If you want a place to walk around and enjoy some outdoor dining, downtown Celebration is beautiful. Celebration Town Tavern is just one of many restaurants there with great food and service. Kilwins Ice Cream Shop and a tasty macaroon shop are right there too. If you want ice cream near the house, Twistee Treat is right on Route 192, a short drive from the house and it's so good and reasonably priced! There is a delicious, authentic Italian restaurant called Villa Italiano Chophouse, a short drive away. Another great place to shop, eat and walk around is Sunset Walk. Very close to EIR and has great shops and restaurants to choose from with indoor/outdoor dining. (Right next to H2O)
The nearby Walmart is always busy, but we recommend the one on Route 27 in Clermont—just six miles away and a bit less hectic. If you prefer a quieter experience, the Super Target nearby is our favorite, offering a calm shopping environment. Publix is also close by—well-stocked and clean, though slightly pricier. Aldi, with great prices and quick shopping, is just up Route 192. For quick pharmacy needs, Walgreens is just a few miles away.
Food delivery is a breeze with GrubHub, Uber Eats, and grocery services available straight to your door. Amazon also delivers directly, except through USPS (which doesn’t service Emerald Island Resort).

Larry W.A Great Family Vacation Destination
This was our second year staying at a home in Emerald Island Resort. The house was immaculate and set up perfectly when we arrived. We paid to have the pool and hot tub heated which was great because we spent most of our days outside in them. We had a large party of 12, so the 8 bedrooms met our needs. Each is decorated in a different style, some with twins, some with queens and some with kings. The number of bathrooms (5) was great. Les & Joann were great to deal with from the time of enquiry right up until we left. They called us the 1st day to make sure everything was ok and the welcome bag was very nice. We look forward to our March Florida trip each year and we really like this area. It's close to Disney, Disney Springs, Walmart and Target. I would highly recommend this house to anyone needing a place to stay in Kissimmee, especially if you need a larger facility. The fact that there are 2 dryers makes drying towels at the end of the day much easier. We love the quietness of the resort and the ease of walking around to get to the clubhouse, etc. Thanks Les & Joann for hosting us. We'll be back in the future.

Look no further for the perfect vacation home! This home has it all, great location, very clean and well appointed! Our family of 10 adults and 6 children, 6 and under, enjoyed a wonderful world of Disney vacation made possible because of the beautiful, roomy, affordable home that is Mickey’s Mansion. We needed rest days between Disney park days. The home provided a large pool and jacuzzi, fun playroom, other large areas to play, and 8 rooms for people to retreat and nap. We also made use of the resort’s playgrounds and nature trail. Getting to Disney was a quick, easy 15 minute drive. Being at Disney was more affordable for our family because we ate breakfast in the home using the beautiful kitchen and dining area with seating for everyone. We were able to pack lunches that we ate on ride lines, saving us both time and money. Everyone had their own bed in one of the 8 beautifully decorated bedrooms and each family group had a bathroom with “no line, no waiting” so we were out the door in record time to enjoy the parks. Mickey’s Mansion is a comfortable home away from a home and the owners helped us is planning with great tips and advice to make the most of our Disney days. They were very accessible when we had questions and would have been if we had needed them for issues but we never had any. We had an awesome time!

LOCATION: This house is located within the gated community of Emerald Island Resort. The community comprises of other single-family homes, a central club house with its own swimming pool, games room, coffee station etc. It is also very close to all the Disney attractions and since it is just a short distance off highway 192, lots of shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, Walmart, Target, Walgreen Pharmacy, CVS Pharmacy, Publix Grocery stores etc. are all close by within a short driving distance.CHECK-IN: As this home is within a gated community, one has to check-in at the resort office to get the gate pass. The whole process was very simple by presenting a photo ID of the driver of the car & paying a non-refundable fee of $20 per stay. Once you get the pass, the entrance at the gate is very simple which is by just scanning the pass & the gate arm raises. House: This is a beautiful home as described on the website. One major difference from other listings is that the owners Les & JoAnn have paid a lot of attention to detail to make their guests feel their own home. The whole house is well furnished and the kitchen is very well equipped. If one was to cook during their stay, they will have all the kitchen equipment that one would need.SUMMARY: The next time we visit Orland, I will definitely book to stay at this Mickey’s Mansion. The way the house is furnished, equipped and decorated, the owners do really care to make sure their guest’s stay is very comfortable giving the experience that you are living in your own home. The welcome gift and lovely hand written card made us really welcome.

First let me start out by saying, as a family we do Florida for approximately 5 weeks at a time every year. With that being said our hosts were the most accommodating that we had ever had. The house was perfect. The set up was perfect for our situation. Pool and hot tub made for us adults never having to leave while the adult kids ventured out like they do. Game room definitely a plus. The essentials that were there for us when we arrived definitely welcomed us. Soaps, shampoos, toiletries beach towels and even a care package for us and our 15 year old pup who we were blessed to be able to bring with us. We personally travel with our own television to put out on Lani and THATS where we spend ALL our time. Plenty of seating around two large tables. Kitchen well stocked, grill out back with propane tanks stocked. Need I say more Thank you Les and JoAnn

Mickey’s Mansion is an exceptional rental property that we were lucky enough to stay in! The house is huge, clean, and has everything that we could have possibly needed for our stay. At one point, we had 10 people in the house and it was still so roomy! It was so close to all of the parks, and an easy distance from some state parks and beaches as well! When we needed rest, we didn’t feel confined to our room as we would have in a hotel. Private pool/hot tub was available to us without having to fight to space near a hotel resort pool. We were able to cook full meals in the house to save a little money on food. When we weren’t cooking our own meals, there were plenty of excellent options to eat at nearby! There is also an awesome game room in the garage that we were able to use during down time. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone who is planning a trip to the Orlando area! I won’t be staying anywhere else when I go to visit!

Our group of 7 came down for the Princess Half Marathon Race and added some additional days before and after. We had an absolute wonderful time. Things were great from the moment we booked. Communication with the owners was excellent. We were in own from the moment we walked in. Everything looked beautiful and in excellent condition. Everyone had their own bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms for everyone to be able to get ready quickly. Super close to all the parks and for the race days, it was easy to get to the parks without the stress of waiting for the shuttles and dealing with thousands of other runners also trying to get there. Each room was beautifully decorated and the game room was great. The pool and hot tub proved to be a perfect way for the group of runners to relax after their half marathon. I would recommend this house to anyone who has a large group. There is plenty of room for everyone and easy to get wherever you want to go. We will definitely stay there again if we are in that area.

Your house is amazing. We had 10 people and didn’t feel on top of each other. The pool and hot tub were so nice. I loved how you made us feel welcome and there for us if we had any problems. I would definitely book this house again. I have already told friends about it. The game room is fantastic. I love Mrs Pac-Man.

The Morris F.A great place to stay
JoAnn and Lesare just the type of people you would want to rent a home from during your vacation. They were always quick to reply, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our family had a great trip. The house is spacious and we absolutely loved the books, movies, puzzles, games, and pool. The rooms are decorated in a fun manner to make you feel as if you're still at the parks even after you return home. A wonderful place to stay with a big family!!!

My family and I stayed at Mickey’s Mansion in February/March 2022 and had an amazing experience! The house is beautiful and spacious. We had multiple families on this trip and everyone was able to have their own space.The pool and hot tub were a great addition and I think my toddler enjoyed those more than any of the rides she went on in Disney World! The game room was also a lot of fun!The house was in a great location - a short drive to all of the Disney parks and close to a ton of restaurants and stores, but it was still nice and quiet and in a very safe area.We would definitely stay here again next time we come to the Orlando area!

I brought my family to Florida for a vacation. My 95 year old grandmother enjoyed the trip as well as everyone else. The house was just as it was stated on the site. The Wilson’s were very tentative to any concerns or questions I may have had. My family and I thank you for such a nice home away from home.

We can’t say enough of wonderful things about this home! From the beginning of our trip to the very last sad day that we had to leave, we had a wonderful time! Beautiful rooms that would make any child happy, from the Star Wars room to Frozen room, and of course the Mickey room, there are plenty of rooms to choose from. There’s also a Harry Potter game room that we spent a lot of our evenings enjoying the multiple games, pool table and the Ms. Pack Man game! The pool and hot tub are refreshing and very clean along with the kitchen which had everything we needed! We will definitely come back to this beautiful home! Thank you!

Joan M.Perfect Family Getaway
This getaway was just what my family needed. It was the perfect change of scenery. We were able to go to Mickey's Mansion to celebrate my son's birthday. His favorite things were the Star Wars Room, Harry Potter game room and lots of pool time. Although we did not go into the parks, we had much needed family time in sunny Florida. The hosts were very kind and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back again!

We loved staying at Mickey's Mansion! The indoor and outdoor spaces are both wonderful. Our kids enjoyed the pool immensely throughout the week. I loved serving meals and snacks on the lanai so the kids could jump right back in the pool. Everything in the house is spotlessly cleaned. The kitchen is well organized, labeled, and stocked with cookware, small appliances, etc. to make meal prep easy and mom stress-free:) . The decor is fun and really well done. It definitely adds to the ambiance of a relaxing get-away... and a magical place for kids with the themed bedrooms. We particularly enjoyed the game room on a couple rainy afternoons. The house had plenty of DVDs to keep our kids entertained too. The extras at the house (e.g. bathroom step stool, booster seat, umbrella stroller) also made packing for our 3 year old easy. Les and Joann are excellent hosts who made us feel welcome and responded quickly to all our questions. They also provided lots of information and tips about the surrounding area. This home gave us a perfect place to relax, enjoy Disney, and take a day trip to the beach. We would love to come back and stay again. Highly recommended! Great home to vacation with our family and friends.

Our vacation stay in this home, especially during COVID-19, was truly a GOD sent blessing!! The home was beautiful and comfortable. The owners were helpful, friendly and attentive to any need we could have, although we had NO ISSUES. It was truly a memorable family trip. We did not want to go out too much due to the pandemic, so we thoroughly enjoyed every part of the house, especially the pool, Jacuzzi and the grill. Our neighbors were nice and jealous ;) of our fun in our gorgeous spacious home as they constantly smelled the aroma of good cookout food that they raved over. We have been coming to Florida for years in celebration of my mother's heavenly birthday, but by all means this trip was one of the best. The drive was wonderful with NO TRAFFIC on I-4 and the house was great. You cannot go wrong with booking this house! It came equipped with everything!! WE WILL DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN!!
