My husband and I spent two months in Ella's condominium and loved it. The condo was nice and roomy, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed. Ella was very easy to work with. The true high point of this condo is the nice big balcony right on the beach! What an amazing view! We will be returning next winter!

First time vacationing in PCB. Condo is beautiful. Beds were very comfortable and the view was amazing. Owner was very nice and easy to work with. Would definitely rent again. If I had to say one negative thing is the late 5:00 check in time. By the time you check in your first day is over. Besides that it was an amazing 10 days.

This is cleaner requirement, bur if our guest is contacting us asking if they can check in earlier, we alway monitor the cleainign process and if unit is ready we always allow early check in. All you need to do next time to check with us if your condo has been cleaned already.Thank you again for renting our unit.

Our Ocean Villas unit was clean and neat and nicely equipped with kitchen machines and dishes. Unit needs some updating. Owner was very responsive to my contact.The beach was very nice, quiet and not crowded, but if you need seagulls to call to each other, this beach is not yours. Also the last week of September was loud with pressure washing for many hours/ days. Two days of our week brought concerns of jelly fish in the water and lying on sand. As far as I know, no one got stung. Ocean Villas has a GREAT pool area and we loved the view from our 8th floor. Luggage carts and elevator worked beautifully!

My family and I visited Panama and we stayed at this condo. I was nervous at 1st , not sure if the person who called me was a scammer. They responded to me fast and was very friendly . I wasn’t sure if the condo looked like the pictures , boy was I happy every thing worked out. The view was amazing!! The only negative was that the condo needed some real TLC in certain areas of the condo. Still worth every penny.

We stayed here for one month. The sunrises and sunsets were the main attraction every day! We had a couple of very minor issues but Ella jumped on them right away. Wicked fast!!! The unit is tastefully decorated, beds are not too hard and not too soft. Even Goldilocks would be right at home here!

This is our second year staying in Ocean Villa and renting with Ella. We have loved both rooms we've rented from her. We love the location of this condo. The beach/pools are great and its close to fun PCB attractions.

Treasure Island is a terrific resort and the friendly employees are working hard on maintenance and updates. We have stayed in this building four different winters, this year only for a month as that was all that was available with our small dog. We have stayed at several different places in both Panama City Beach, Gulf Shores and other Florida locations, Treasure Island has the best large well heated pool for the winter months. We also love the location as it is less congested on the far eastern part of the beach. Still there are plenty of close restaurants and stores. This unit was the typical 2 bedroom, two bath along with an extra bunk area. It was well supplied and appointed. We would eagerly stay here again..

Clean condo with beautiful views and sunsets. Very good location with plenty of restaurants, shopping and golf within walking distance. The owner was very easy to work with. The only down side was all of the road construction going on in front of the condo. Once that project is done it would be great. We would definitely return for another stay.

This condo is even more beautiful than it looks on here, the balcony is amazingly huge, great view, it’s a end unit so you can see up the beach and strip at the same time. We really enjoyed this unit on the 18th floor.

Kraig L.Great time spent on the beach!
Our stay in this condo couldn't have been better. The unit was clean and well furnished with everything we needed for the 2 weeks we were there. The owners were very helpful and readily available to help us with any issues that came up. Great view of the beach and water and saw all kinds of wildlife. Only drawback was the weather (we came down to get away from the cold) as it was quite cold much of the time during our stay, but we can't blame the owners for that. Overall a very enjoyable stay and look forward to coming down again (when it is warmer!)
