This cottage is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath cottage that sleeps 12 and is Beach side. It offers many beach resort amenities which include Large Pools, Tennis Courts, Jumbo Jacuzzi and more.
1st Floor: 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, den, kitchen, dinning area, washer and dryer. Paved drive-away and carport will accommodate 3 vehicles.
2nd Floor: Large Master Bedroom, large walk-in closet with roll away bed available. Whirlpool tub, double vanity and walk-in shower.
3rd Floor: Metal Spiral staircase leading to extra large room with queen bed, twin bed and double bunk beds with bathroom with shower, balcony with BEAUTIFUL OCEAN VIEW.
This cottage is not attached to another structure. *Guard station is in operation 24/7 and is located near the entrance of our drive-away, providing excellent added safety. *Cottage has all updated appliances. Fully equipped kitchen, ample towels, sheets, etc. *4 TV's- one on each level. *Wi-fi available. *No landline. *Golf cart under tarp is for owner use only due to liability regulations. At rear of the residence is 30' by16' heated pool and a pavilion with deck chairs, tables and 3 gas grills, *1 beach umbrella and 2 chairs included with 1 week rental at no charge (see umbrella service on beach) As you take a short walk to the beach. *2 tennis courts with shuffle board *Fitness Center (Air-conditioned and well equipped) *2nd pool and hot tub *Life guard station, umbrella rentals, surf boards, parasailing. Across Hwy 98 is the SILVER SANDS MALL that has over 49 brand name outlets as well as several top notch restaurants. Chick-Fil-A, Five Guys Burgers, Marco's Pizza, Skippy's Fresh Seafood and a CVS are right outside our private gated community. A Winn Dixie is also nearby. Within 2 miles to the east or west are 5 top flight golf courses. The entire family can find entertainment, food and shopping at Baytowne Wharf located at the entrance to SANDESTIN which is 1 mile east of Mainsail Resort. 5 miles west of Mainsail is one of the largest malls in Florida along with Bass Pro Shops, Big Kahuna Water Park, Putt- Putt and Go Cart Racing.

This house had the perfect layout - enough room for multiple families and the loft upstairs was perfect for kids! The only thing that I feel needs addressing is handicap parking - it’s a bit of a walk to the beach so we thought we could park closer but there was only one space available which was taken the entire time we were there - the walk is fine for me but was difficult for my family member with a disability - other than that it was a great house and we hope to return next year.

This house was perfect!! It was the perfect size for our two families! Beautifully decorated! Lots of space for everyone to have their own area. Short walk to the beach and felt very safe with all the extra security! Easy in and easy out to area shops and restaurants! And the most gorgeous beaches in the world! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! We made so many happy memories this past week! Looking forward to staying here again!

Our entire family went on vacation together. We had plenty of room. Loved the location. Lots of exciting things to do near the property, including shopping, golf, numerous beaches, including our own "private" beach and two pools! This was the best vacation our family has had in years!

Our stay was nice. It was a safe place. We had a beautiful view. A few small issues with the condo, but minor: The laundry closet had a loud nose that would come from behind the wall on occasion. The pool area was nice and clean. We would like to return in the future.

We went to Destin this year for a little 2020 getaway and absolutely LOVED it! Walter was wonderful to work with...very easy communication and the condo was just perfect for us. Great location with pool, beach, and other fun amenities right at our backdoor. I definitely recommend and we will be back!!

This house was awesome. Very clean, nicely decorated and the kitchen is fully stocked. The gated community has everything you need with access to the pool, beach, work out room and tennis courts. The location is PERFECT! Chick-fil-a, grocery store, pharmacy and the outlet mall are all within a mile. We will be staying here every time we visit Destin!

Walter was a pleasure to work with. He was great at communication! Great location- shopping across the street, beach about 5 min walk past 2 pools. Loved the washing stations so hardly any sand comes in the house! We had two families and there was plenty of room for all of us. Loved the rocking chairs on the back porch. Daily garbage pickup was awesome. We went beach combing one night and saw a huge momma turtle come in lay her eggs and go back to the ocean!! Amazing experience! Saw lots of wildlife- dolphins, sharks, snakes, frogs, crabs, etc. We will definitely return year after year!

If you like Destin, this is a fantastic condo to spend the week in. It is perfect for families, as it is spacious and very clean. The pool is located close by and there are grills if you like to grill your own meal. It has a great place to walk for exercise in the courtyard that I used every day. Short walk to the beach, which is gorgeous. Greatly enjoyed the patio. I will definitely be going back. It was very relaxing! I also appreciate friendly owners!
