Another day in Paradise!

I give this condo 5+ stars. This condo very clean - no nick nacks everywhere therefore very easy to keep clean as I was there for a month. Modern deco and perfect layout. Everything you need for a long stay is in the condo. Unbelievable view from balcony, from one end to the other of the beach and pier. The best dog beach within a 10 minute walk from condo. The reason I chose this condo was because it was so dog friendly. My 2 dogs loved it there. Clean white sand beach. You can walk to most things if you don't have a car. Low rise- 4 floors of condos. No waiting for elevators here. Small building, a family feeling of vacationers. Rebooked after being there in my 3rd week of my stay. David is very easy to deal with and really wants you to be comfortable in his condos- I finally found paradise!

Very nice condo with a gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico!

The view of the Gulf is awesome! We needed a place where our elderly terrier could come with us. This condo is pet friendly and only about a half mile from the Panama City Dog Beach. It has very nice furnishings and fixtures. Being on the third floor, it has the domed, vaulted ceiling, which gives it a very spacious feeling, plus it allows room for two nice ceiling fans. Lighting throughout the unit is very good. If you are into shopping and chain restaurants, you are within walking distance of Pier Park. The City Pier is also within walking distance and the designated dog beach is right next to the pier. We had a great stay! Booking, payment, self-check in, all were very easy. When we booked our stay, I was a bit leery of having to walk up stairs to the 3rd floor, since there is no elevator, but there are multiple sets of stairs available and climbing them definitely helped me work off some of the calories from the wonderful seafood and key lime pie that I enjoyed throughout the week! :-)

Amazing Location!

The condo was SO clean, had an absolutely amazing view and was RIGHT on the water. Parking wasn’t an issue and there is a really fun bar that does karaoke across the street. You definitely want to give this place a stay!
