2700 sq. ft.Our beautiful 2,700 sq. ft. home is situated in a private setting. You can enjoy the wild birds and squirrels at the rear of the house daily and you are welcome to feed them. The private pool area has it's own screen enclosure with ample chairs and sun loungers. The pool has an electric heater for the cooler months if needed and has a solar blanket to hold in the heat. The Villa is decorated and furnished to a very high standard and beautifully maintained with 3 large reception areas comprising of a lounge, TV family room and dedicated dining room. Both the kitchen and utility rooms are fully equipped with everything you would possibly need. Ceiling fans are a must in Florida but we have that covered with fans to all rooms. We have thought of everything including beach towels, chairs and a cooler for those beach trips. The master bedroom has an en-suite with tub and separate shower all remodeled to a very high standard. You will find a king size bed with ample pillows and linen. Also a 32 inch flat screen TV with the latest channels has been provided. The second bedroom also has a king size bed again with 32 inch TV. Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed and 32 inch TV. Last of all bedroom 4 has 2 twin beds and TV. All bedrooms have plenty of linens and towels. The house will comfortable sleep 8 guests.
Hudson beach is a short drive away about 5 minutes where the famous Sam's beach bar can be found. Fabulous sunsets can be viewed here. A newly opened beach and recreational center called SunWest Park is where you will find soft white sand, giant water slides and volleyball courts. Wakeboards, Kayaks and paddleboards arte available for hire at approximately $10.00 each. It's a fun day for all. We also have a number of beaches locally which are a must to visit. Fred Howard Park is located in Tarpon Springs which is great for a picnic. Clearwater beach is obviously a well renowned spot which is about 45 minutes drive and is well worth visiting.

Ann N.perfect house and pool in a good location
We stayed at the house with a 1 year old and 7 year old. They loved the pool and the house was open plan so perfect for the toddler. We drove to different beaches and other attractions and this was no problem. Stuart was a great host and responded to questions really quickly. I highly recommend this house and we would definitely come back.

This is a beautiful, clean and very well equipped home and located in a quiet neighborhood. The pool and lanai were wonderful! The home has 2 bedrooms on each side of the 2 living areas and kitchen giving optimum privacy for 2 families. The internet was very good. The only thing I would change would be to add Spectrum Cable instead of the system they had. Stuart and Tracey were great to deal with. We loved our stay!

What a gem of a holiday rental house, Furnished to a very high standard it has 4 large bedrooms, a kitchen with just about everything you need and a great pool. The location is in a quiet well kept neighbourhood, felt safe and secure at all times. Supermarkets and pharmacies were just a 5 min drive away and access to the major routes was well within easy reach. The owner was always on hand to answer any questions and kept in touch all through the stay to make sure everything was ok.I would definitely recommend this house for your next Florida vacation, and we will be sure to visit again

We celebrated my Son's highschool graduation in Hudson, Florida and absolutely loved staying in your home. Upon arrival, we were more than excited to find this luxurious getaway even better than which went above and beyond the description. The community was quiet and peaceful. The home was immaculate, well equipped and very clean. We loved the pool and watching all of the wildlife including a variety of birds, squirrels, raccoons, turtles and alligators.

My family loved our stay here. The house was immaculate, the beds were very comfortable, and the space was perfect for our family of 8. The kitchen was well-equipped- we cooked all our meals there. Publix was 4 min. from the house, so that was convenient when we realized we needed something else. My kids absolutely loved the pool. We paid for pool heat since the outdoor temps were still on the cooler side and the water temperature was delightfully warm. The kids never wanted to get out! There's not a lot to do in Hudson itself, so you have to be willing to drive a ways to get to beaches and other attractions. We did a boat tour out of Tarpon Springs (about 30 min. away) and kayaking with manatees almost an hour to the north in the Crystal River. Those were both highlights of the trip, in addition to the time spent as a family relaxing by the pool. Stuart was so helpful with everything. He even arranged for the high chair, crib, and grill rental to make our trip even easier. I would definitely recommend this house!
