Vacation rental includes kayaks (3), life vests and paddles. We are constantly updating our paddling gear so check back often.

The living room is spacious, and we have installed smart devices in the primary living area to make your stay more enjoyable. You can use Google assistant to check on the weather and even control how bright or dim the lights should be. We offer free high-speed internet and smart TV's in every room.

The kitchen has lovely appliances, and we recently installed a new microwave and air fryer for those looking for healthier alternatives. There's even a freezer outside that can be used for bait and your fresh catch. We offer both a traditional coffee machine and a Keurig K-Compact for those seeking something different ( feel free to bring your favorite flavors).

Oceanside and Gulf side boating await for those interested in exploring the Keys. If you hire a guide, you can explore offshore beaches on the Gulf side that we consider comparable or better than many of the beaches on Dr. Beach's list. Every once in awhile a seaplane will take someone to these beaches because the locations are just so wonderful (see the video someone posted about Marvin Key which is in the backcountry).

Looe Key Reef is an easy trip by boat or charter. The home itself is has a great screened in area that overlooks the swimming canal. Great place to have a cup of coffee in the morning or night. Inside you'll find a warm, comfortable home that's completely furnished and ready to go. There is plenty of parking, so you do not have to pay to storage your trailer somewhere else.

For relaxation purposes, we have installed wall-mounted 4K Ultra high-definition TVs with Chromecast built-in. These TVs are smartly connected to the wifi provided by AT&T fiber. Netflix, AT&T, and Disney+ are available. Of course, all trademarks and content belong to Google, Disney, AT&T, ESPN, and Netflix.

This home only rents with a minimum of 28 days. Sorry, there are no weekly rentals allowed.

We do require a standard Florida rental agreement that includes waivers for swimming, equipment use and pets. We will send you a copy of the agreement and upon request.

We are proud to offer premium paddling and kayak services for those who want to step up their fishing game. Our premium lines offering include Hobie Pro-Anglers (pedal type), Hobie Outbacks (pedal type), and Wilderness A.T.A.K. Fishing Kayaks (pedal type/paddle). These premium services require a separate rental contract, waiver, and fees. For our customers, we offer a 50% discount for this service at this property. With the discount, this may be the best price in the Keys for this type of equipment. These premium services can be added to your rental payment through the online booking system.

Note: the home comes with "paddle-type" kayaks and paddleboards, and you may not need performance upgrades unless you are looking for an upgraded experience.

You understand that swimming, boating and the use of kayaks and paddle equipment is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming, boating and using the kayaks. These activities require physical exertion, and you should be in good health to engage. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming, boating and use of the kayaks and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming, boating and the use of kayaks may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming, boating or using the kayaks if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, boats or uses the kayaks while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, boating or using the kayaks. All Airbnb Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Airbnb Guests and Airbnb Host.
