1750 sq. ft. This is a three bedroom, three bath, three balcony condo. It is beautifully decorated and has all the conveniences to make your stay truly comfortable.
The living room has a sofa sleeper, two swivel chairs and an additional chair to comfortably seat six. It has a 55 inch Samsung Smart TV with Surround Sound and a JVC Stereo system. We keep a supply of DVD movies on hand for your enjoyment. The dining table seats six and the breakfast bar seats an additional two. The queen size sofa sleeper allows this three bedroom unit to accommodate eight guests. We also have a pack n play available.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with a high end mattress, and a 50 inch Samsung Smart TV. The en suite bath has a garden tub, separate walk in shower and double sinks in the granite vanity. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, Samsung smart TV and DVD, and private ocean view balcony. The third bedroom is actually an efficiency apartment with king bed, lounge chair and ottoman, a 40" Samsung Smart TV and DVD. The kitchenette includes a table and chairs, microwave, small fridge and Keurig coffee maker. There is also a counter top ice maker. There is an en suite bath with garden tub. This efficiency can also be rented separately in the off season.
The primary fully equipped stainless steel kitchen has everything from a French door refrigerator to a microwave, electric griddle, crockpot, combo Keurig/Coffee pot, toaster and blender. The unit is also equipped with a washer and dryer.
The three balconies are all furnished, and directly gulf front. All three provide incredible views of Gulf Sunsets, and the beautifully landscaped pool area. Copy and paste the YouTube video link in your browser for a video of the main balcony.

I'm writing this so sad we are no longer there! We only stayed for 5 days and wish we would've booked 2 weeks! With 2 kids under 3, traveling is hard. Sleeping arrangements can be even more difficult and lack of sleep detrimental to the enjoyment of the trip... not in this unit! My husband and I traveled with my parents along with our 2 children. The suite was perfect for us and our 9mo in the pack n play (which oh did I mention, is there waiting for you & CLEAN!). The black out curtains were epic and the distance from the main suite made it so easy for the little dude to sleep uninterrupted. The private balcony off this room was amazing for early morning feedings with my guy. So peaceful.The suite also allowed us a perfect place to store/clean bottles, milk, formula, & whatever else we needed. It was really nice to keep these separated from the chaos of the main kitchen! The bathroom is also far enough away from the sleeping area that the light was not troubling for our little one's sleep.The second bedroom you come across in the unit is the queen bedroom, this is where we had our almost 3yo daughter sleep. The bed was so perfect and it's directly across the hall which was epic for a little kiddo that's still learning the ins and outs of pottying like a big girl! The blackout curtains in here were also amazing. Naps were never an issue (when we could peel her off the beach or pools). The best part of this bedroom was the LOADS of beach toys hidden in the closet! Paul and Julie let us know there would be some and the amount always fluctuates, but boy they made our daughter's dreams come true with the amount of them. THANK YOU! The best part was my daughter's excitement that she had her own balcony! This was honestly something I was really worried about her getting out during the night. Well not to worry, they have a child safety latch ready to keep your anxiety at bay :)Last but not least is the master off the front of the unit. This was incredible for my parents to have some of their own space away from the chaos of us and our kiddos! The balcony is truly incredible as well. The sound of the waves crashing was so clear and beautiful, that alone was worth the trip!All beds were perfectly comfortable! Sheets clean and so white! Everything is SO well thought out with this unit and CLEAN!! The communication with Paul/Julie is so easy and quick. I can assure you we will most certainly be back to stay with them!

The elevators broke down at least 3 times and could not go out to eat, because I use a Handicap scooter and could not use the stairs. Next year will do more resurce on the resort where I stay. The Unit was wonderful and the view was outstanding.

We stayed in Splash 1201 E June 25, 2022 to July 2, 2022.(4 adults, 2 small children). The condo was very clean with plenty of space. The views from all three balconies were spectacular.Paul and Julie attended to our needs and kept us informed from booking to check out.Highly recommend this condo.
