This is a beautiful corner balcony unit with panoramic views of the Gulf and the beach. It has been newly redecorated. Both king bedroom suites and the living room walk out to a large balcony with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The unit sleeps up to 8. It has two King mattresses, one Queen sleeper sofa and bunk area with two twin size mattresses. We are now accepting bookings!

This was one of the best rentals that I've experienced, and we travel the world! It was renovated and decorated beautifully. The beds (literally all of them, including bunks and pullout couch) were very comfortable, which is honestly rare but very important for me and my arthritis and fibromyalgia! Every aspect was so thoughtful, they really went above and beyond. We were a little worried about staying at Splash. We had never been or chosen a more kid-centered condo. You couldn't hear any noise and the condo was spotless. The two primary suites were perfect for our vacation with friends. The balcony was huge. We all had a blast and will definitely return. I highly recommend it! The owners are also great! None of us wanted to leave! Thank you for a wonderful stay, Julie and Paul!
