3500 sq. ft. This three story beach house has one of the largest pools available in the area. This pool measures 16'x24' and 5' 1/2" deep with an attached hot tub and includes lighting for night swimming. A beautiful privacy fence surrounds the entire patio/pool area.
Only 52 steps from pool deck to the sand!
The first floor has 2 king bedrooms and a "bunkroom" with a queen bed and a full over full bunk. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and TV.
The second floor has a spacious living and dining area a with a modern kitchen including all stainless steel appliances, dinner ware, cookware, coffee pot, crockpot and blender. We even have a highchair for the little one.
The living area has a gas fireplace and a 75" smart TV. Just off the living area, down the hall is a powder room. There is also a queen bedroom with a private bathroom.
The third floor has a king master suite with ensuite and a queen with a private bathroom. This floor also host laundry facilities.
All three floors are accessible via elevator or stairs.
The house has complimentary Wi-Fi and parking for 5 vehicles. All linens for bed and bath are provided.

This property turned out to be exactly as advertised and then some. The house was immaculate, clean, spacious and a stone's throw from the beach. My family of 12 (7 adults, 4 children and me had family bedrooms to ourselves and the four grandchildren shared a room with 4 full size bunkbeds. The pool and hottub provided a relaxing way to unwind after beach and typical tourist activities. Miramar Beach offered a more casual atmosphere than the more crowded Destin area. Roxanna was very easy to work with and handled a minor problem with the icemaker quickly. This will be a vacation that we will always remember.

We just finished our stay at Beach Retreat West! It was AMAZING! We had the absolute best time. The house is beautiful. We had plenty of space for all of us. The location was wonderful. We were walking distance to a gas station, pizza, Whale's Tail, ice cream shop, and so much more! We loved having the private access to the beach that was right across the street. We talked about renting a golf cart prior to vacation but realized we did not need it because everything we needed was in such a short distance.Roxanne was wonderful. She was always available for any question or concern I had. She went above and beyond for us! We would definitely book again if we returned to this area!!

My family and I had a fabulous vacation at Beach Retreat West for seven fabulous days. There was more than enough room for everyone. It was perfectly decorated and the location was just great. It was so convenient being across the street from the beach and having a private access gate to the beach. The home has 3 floors but the stairs are manageable and it even has an elevator. All the bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable. The kids absolutely loved the swimming pool and spent most of their time in it. Overall my family was so impressed with this home and we all cant wait to do it again next year.
