In addition there is an outdoor balcony with a table and four chairs for your use. We also own and rent the only other condo that has access to this covered balcony. It is a very similar 2 bed/ 2 bath condo. Perfect for two couples traveling together so that each of you has their own condo but a shared outdoor space. This fully equipped 2nd floor, 2 bed/ 2 bath condo will give you plenty of room to spread out. The master bedroom has an en suite bath as well as access to a private lanai which overlooks the pool. A common grill is provided for those grilling enthusiasts.
Make a tee time at Sun n' Lakes or one of the numerous golf courses in the area, play a game of tennis or pickle-ball, take a hike, bike ride or tram ride at Highland Hammock State park and see real Florida animals and horticulture. Visit Maxwell Groves for delicious fresh squeezed orange juice and an opportunity to enjoy an orange/ vanilla ice cream while rocking on one of the orange rockers on their deck. Visit Henscratch Farms Vineyard & Winery for wine tasting and a tour. Children ( and children at heart) will love to feed over 200 free range chickens!

Sun N Lakes is a golf community with two eighteen hole championship golf courses, Turtle and Deer Run. It's mainly a retirement community located in central Florida.
Demetri’s Greek restaurant has an outside deck which is a great stop for a breakfast outdoors. Sunset Grill has an outside deck right on lake Jackson and has Taco Tuesdays for lunch as well as a happy hour with great views of the lake.

We were looking for something affordable and peaceful just to get some Florida sunshine and air. This was perfect. Quiet, relaxing pool, nice sunset. Perfect place to read a book or go for a walk to breath in Florida warmth! Very clean, beds were nice and linens were very comfortable. Thank you to hosts Ron and LouAnn - we needed this!!!

This was the first time that we had stayed at this condo, and we are totally satisfied. Unlike other places we have stayed in the Sebring area, everything that we needed during a three month stay was there. The accommodations were comfortable and the pool was very relaxing. The permanent residents were very accommodating and fun to be around. We are looking forward to returning next year.
