Perry’s Place was truly amazing! Just steps to the beach with the most beautiful sunsets I’ve ever experienced, I am so eager to return! Everything was so clean and perfect! The pool was perfect, the beach is literally steps away, it was private and I felt at home! Whether you’re looking for somewhat of a secluded vacation or wanting to see and do as much as you’d like by being so close to Apalachicola, Port St. Joe, or even Panama City. Not to mention the state parks are beautiful. I HIGHLY recommend Perry’s Place!

We loved Perrys Place! The rooms were perfect for our group & we all had our own bathroom & shower so it made getting ready nice. The owners were super nice & gave wonderful restaurant suggestions as well. Super clean as well! We can’t wait to go again.

Such a wonderful place to stay with a big family. The house was super clean and comfy. The kids enjoyed the pool almost as much as the beach! We can’t wait to go back next year- Wouldn’t stay anywhere else!!

This home is a beautiful!! Great views of the Gulf and only 120 steps to the beach. The private heated pool is a huge plus!!! Kyle was great to work with and very knowledgeable of the area and anything else you may need throughout your stay. We will definitely book again!!!!

This was one of my best vacations ever! The home was immaculate and had every amenity one could possibly imagine. Very clean and recently remodeled. Close proximity to the beach and there is a pool. I’m already planning my next stay for later in the year. Staff was friendly and helpful and made sure everything was perfect.
