Welcome to Iorana II!

Iorana II (i-or-ah-na) is the sister home to our beautiful Iorana — meaning "Greetings" in Polynesian — and is located in the private gated community of Emerald Waters! The home sits within a short walking distance to the community private beach access. This 6 bedroom, 6.5 bath home sleeps 21 guests and is perfect for large families to enjoy making vacation memories! Play a fun game of ping pong in the garage, plenty of paddles and spare ping pong balls available!

Entry into the front door is easy and tranquil, and opens up to an spacious living area with 10 ft. ceilings, a large and comfortable couch, and two recliners. The kitchen is furnished with 2 dishwashers, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and plenty of cabinet space. For family meals together, there is a formal dining area with seating for 8, a breakfast table with seating for 4, and a breakfast bar with additional seating for 5. Sleeping arrangements on this floor include a King bedroom with direct pool access and shares a bath with the main living area. Easily stroll through the open floor plan with large sliding glass doors and plenty of natural lighting.

On the second floor is a media room with a flat-screen TV, foosball table, a twin-over-twin bunk nook, and a shared bath. There are 3 King Suites on this floor, each with their own private bathroom. Two of the King Suites feature private balcony access for morning coffee. Also on this floor is a bunk room with twin-over twin and full-over-full custom built bunk beds and a wall mounted television. The laundry room is also located on the second floor.

Encompassing the third floor is the luxurious Master King Suite with private lounge area, spacious private bath with stunning tiled shower, and a custom built walk-in closet.

This home includes a large 9’ x 17’ private pool with a deck that offers a sunny & relaxing oasis. Conveniently, the pool area features a half bath and outdoor shower. It truly is hard to find a more desirable retreat!

Emerald Waters Village is an easy walk to the beach and guests have access to one of two community private pools right next door to this home!

VayKGear (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Electric Street Legal Golf Cart Rentals — We offer electric street legal golf cart rentals to Beach Reunion guests only and at a substantially lower rate than our competitors in the Destin/Miramar Beach area. If you are familiar with this area you know from past vacations that their popularity makes traveling to and from the beach a breeze and convenient for quick errands to the store, even for that last minute shopping spree! They also make shuttling services hassle-free for weddings or events. By reserving a cart rental through us you will not have to worry about any of that unwanted dirt or sand getting into your car while trying to enjoy your vacation! We even deliver for free! Pool Heat— From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $75/day or $525/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.

Margarita Machines - Beach Reunion is proud to partner with Firefighter Margaritas, and offer the rental (for an additional cost during your stay) of a commercial frozen drink machine (margarita machine) which produces beverages usually only found in restaurants and bars. These popular machines allow you to enjoy your favorite frozen drinks and/or virgin slushies pool side or while lounging on the beach. They are the perfect addition to family vacations, weddings, business retreats, golf outings, fishing trips, church groups or any other type of gathering. Sojo Amenities: Beach Reunion is proud to announce our new partnership with Sojo! Each home will now include a starter supply of the following Sojo amenities:
Bathrooms: Message Body Bar, Body Lotion, Body Wash, Shampoo, Conditioner, Hand/Body Bar, and Linen Spray. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Kitchen Wipes, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

This home only rents Saturday to Saturday only during Spring Break and Summer months.

No College/Student groups allowed. all renters must be 25 and older with the exception of children and families.

Weddings/Events – Are not permitted at this home due to the rules and regulations of the HOA.

Tents/Canopies –Not permitted on the beach, per the HOA regulations.

There is parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway; one in the front and one around the back. Additional parking is available across from the driveway, in the parking bay.
