Wonderful house in a great location!

This lovely home has been nicely decorated and thoughtfully furnished. The owner has included many helpful items. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking meals and even the knives are great! (Most rentals seem to have terrible knives.) There are beach chairs, sand toys, and a beach cart for carrying them. He has included some toys, puzzles, and cards for keeping people occupied. There are 2 separate sitting areas, so people can spread out. The screened in porch and hot tub provide ways to enjoy the outdoors. The owner, David, responded quickly when there were any issues and was very easy to work with.The location is wonderful! It is across the street from an entrance to John Taylor Park, which includes disk gulf and a walking trail around the lake. The park borders the Pinellas Trail which provides more than 38 miles of bike/walking. It is an easy drive to the areas beaches, yet is out of the beach traffic congestion. There are many stores and restaurants within a 5-10 min. drive.We like the house so much, we have already made arrangements to return!
