Mark R.Beautiful and spacious 2-bedroom beachfront condo
We just returned from our first ever vacation to Marco Island in December 2020. We plan on returning, hopefully soon. This spacious 2-bedroom beachfront condo has a very large balcony directly facing the water. It's close enough to the beach to actually hear the surf at night from the oceanfront bedroom. The condo was beautifully decorated and furnished, clean upon arrival and well-stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, towels, etc. The heated pool was very nice to have on a week with cooler-than-normal temps. Overall, we are very happy with our decision to vacation on Marco Island and stay at Somerset 303.

I rented this property for my adult children who were coming down to visit. With limited space at my condo they were able to spread out, work efficiently and we could all finish the day with a swim and cocktail on the beach. We highly recommend the property. It is fully equipped, clean and convenient.
