Nice and almost what we expected.

The House is a beautiful nice place to stay in a very good neighborhood. The distance to downtown West Palm Beach is very good, i-95 is not too close so there is almost no noise to hear but is reachable within Minutes. Publix and all Store for daily needs are close and even by foot reachable, even if not around the corner.The house itself is a nice one with good old fashion, and typical spanish style.The interior is mostly working.Dryer and washing machine are in place and working.Water: is working warm and cold.The Bathtooms are in good condition, as well as the rest of the rooms.The pool is heated (!) and in very good condition.The pretty noisy heating unit was easily to silence if you reduce the temp for a while, so that is no reason to complain.The airconditioner worked as expected, after we put the fuse active. The heater for cooler days worked also.So: Basically there is nothing to colpain about.But we hat some things we were not happy with. Nothing for us to complain, but also nothing i would accept as owner.There is too much „mess“ in the garden. There should be a better cleanup. In te garden area as well as in the boxes for stuff.The lays are all mostly rusty and should be repplaced asap.The garden door needs a little love.Inside is one beautiful bed, the other is hard to accept. The matrace or the whole bed needs to be replaced, because there is almost no comfort and you lie in a hole and it is pretty noisy. We weight around 176 pound and 150 pound.Internet worked good most of the time. One day it stopped working. No way to get is back to work and the owner did not react.Pretty much light dit not work properly. Well, nothing we needed, but…. You know. Me as owner would take more care about that.Finally the sink in the kitchen are some issues that urgently need to be fixed. The sink is held by some sort of wooden bar. But there is a huge gap between the countertop and the sink.And there should be a few more tools to be used in the kichen. As well i would not accept this as OWNER since these are mostly easy managable thing to stop complaints.All in all we had a nice and price worthy stay there (especially regarding to the location) and we encourage thw owner to start fixig the issues and work in a little better communication.One thing to be aware! Since the airport is close there might be heavy flight movements close to the house, and even over it, depending wind direction

Beautiful property

Gorgeous inside and out! Very quiet, relaxing and fabulous location, near a park with tennis and walking distance to town. Historic area with tree line streets. The pool and outdoor area make this property! Can’t wait to stay again!
