Two bedrooms on opposite ends of the home The Master looks out over the golf course. there is a Florida Room that also looks out over the 7th tee. You can sit here and watch all the duffers try for a hole in one. Living room is spacious and has theater Seating and a recliner. TV has a Fire Stick on HDMI 1 for all the binge watching you care to indulge in. Ant. brings in 67 channels There is a stereo for those quite evenings after a hard day of golf. The park has a Heated Pool with two hot tubs . Plenty of outdoor activities to keep you entertained, plus excursions to the casinos. There are tennis clubs and of course horseshoes and shuffle board courts. The neighbors are wonderful and everyone gets to know your name. I think you will enjoy your time at my home and want to return.

UP the road is Crystal springs home to hundreds of Manatees in the winter . This is something you should take the time to see. Go to Birds Underwater for the tour.

About the owner: Currently living in PA and I can tell you I would much rather be in Zephyrhills
for the winter. But we do go down for the summer.
We used to have a home in Tarpon Springs but when parents passed I ended up with this home, and have enjoyed it ever since. Alice and I have updated the home every year and we look forward to hearing what the renters have to say. This is our first year of cutting the cable and we did not miss it when we were there. Amazon Fire Stick gives you way more tv than you can watch and the HD ANT. gives you 67 network channels.
Why this property? Got this home when my parents passed. They were big golfers and as such the home is on the 7th Tee. We like the facilities of the park and how close everything is. Plus there are lots of tours to various places. lots to do in the park also.
