This 3rd/Top Floor Condo (elevator in our building) is your vacation Home Away From Home with many extra amenities including Free WIFI (anywhere inside our Condo & Lanai). Our Building has a new roof (2023). Located in Kelly Greens Golf & Country Club, a private and gated community with a newer Par 72 Championship Golf Course. Our Golf includes 8 sets of Tees, a full practice range with over 20 grass hitting stations, an extensive short game practice area and a 9,000 square foot putting green. There is a Pro-Shop, golf clinics and private lessons available as well.
Our condo has all updated kitchen & laundry appliances, and all upgraded flooring (wood/carpeting/ ceramic tile). The cathedral ceilings (Kitchen, Dining room, Living room & Lanai) give a bright and spacious feel with the extra quiet of the top floor. Our condo and parking spot/new carport are also very close to the Building elevator.
LIVING ROOM: Includes a wet bar, 43" Flat Screen HDTV with TIVO (plus a DVR player & extra Cable stations), new Lazy Boy furniture including sleeper sofa & 2 rocker-recliners. There are extra-large panel sliding glass doors that open onto the Lanai giving wall to wall beautiful scenery to view all day long. You will see spectacular sunsets from our private Lanai overlooking the 7th Fairway and 3 lakes.
DINING ROOM: seats 6 comfortably with plenty of room for at least 3 more at the counter/bar. Includes an extra table leaf and additional dining chairs
MASTER SUITE: overlooks the golf course and lakes, has additional sliding doors that give you a private entrance onto the Lanai, a King size bed, a Flat Screen TV (with TIVO/cable), spacious walk-in closet and a large double mirrored dressing/vanity area with a separate room for toilet and tub/shower. Renters have told us "our beds are marvelous".
2ND BEDROOM: located on the other end of the condo and adjacent to a separate full-size bathroom, includes a newer Queen size bed and Flat Screen TV (with TIVO/cable). The 2ND BATHROOM has a new step-in shower with wall to wall sliding glass doors, 2 interior grab bars for extra safety and floor to ceiling shelves for storing shampoo/soap. This entire bedroom/bathroom area can also be closed off with the Pocket Door, creating a Private Suite.
Eat-in KITCHEN: fully stocked with everything you need (just bring food!) plus a newer side by side Refrigerator/Freezer with filtered drinking water/ice in the door. The breakfast area seats 4, has a wonderful view of our beautifully landscaped heated pool, Jacuzzi/Hot Tub, and has a Flat Screen TV (TIVO/cable) as well
This condo is situated directly across (30’ away) from one of the many Kelly Greens’ pools, a new Tennis/Pickle Ball Court & Bocce Ball area. Community BBQ Grill is located outside of the Pool House Door near Bocce Area. All of these features are included in the rent - no extra Transfer fee for using these.
Kelly Greens has 5 miles of private, lighted sidewalks (with benches along the way) and streets for walking, jogging or biking along with many clubs and activities (water aerobics, yoga, trivia nights and cooking classes, etc.) with transfer of Full Membership. See our Notes under the 'RATES Section' about the (optional) Full Membership Transfer Fee to play Golf (inc. other amenities) and a ‘Dining-Only’ (optional) fee if you choose. Rates for these 2 options are always set by Kelly Greens and have been changed - effective 9/2024 .

It has been such a joy updating our condo since purchasing (2009) and it's important to us to make our guests feel comfortable, relaxed & happy. See our 5 Guest Book Comments below. 2. The condo is in a great location within Kelly Greens. Our building and condo is located directly across from our pool. Our assigned parking space is also directly underneath our condo (new carport).
3.There is a terrific view of the golf course with GORGEOUS SUNSETS everyday. Our Lanai is also very private because it does not face any other Lanais from other buildings, so all you see is the beauty of Kelly Greens, the lakes, birds and occasional golfers.
4. We are situated on the top floor and have cathedral ceilings from the front of the condo (Kitchen) to the back (Lanai). These ceilings gives our condo a very roomy and spacious feel and living on the top floor assures no noise from above.
Kelly Greens is situated 3 miles from the Sanibel Causeway which takes you to Sanibel and Captiva Islands for the best sea shelling in Florida, many great shops and outstanding restaurants. Fort Myers Beach is 5 miles away with more restaurants, new Margaritaville Resort (includes shopping and a great night life). The Minnesota Twins (Century Link Sports Complex) and Boston Red Sox (Jet Blue Park) training parks/stadiums, the Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall and a state of the Art medical facility/hospital (LMH Heath Park) are also just minutes away.
We are also not far from the Edison (indoor) Mall (includes Macys, JC Penneys, Dillards/160 specialty shops/food court), Water Parks, J N Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge on Sanibel, Edison/Ford Winter Estates close to Downtown Fort Myers, Key West Express boat trip, Adventures in Paradise - excursions/cruises/tours, Minutes to so many beaches (Fort Myers Beach - 10 minutes) (Sanibel Island Public Beaches - 15 minutes) Captiva Island Beaches - 30 minutes). There are Miniature Golf courses (all different themes) within 5 minutes. Right outside Kelly Greens Gates (2-3 minutes away) there is a Super-Target and Super-Walmart, Ace Hardware, at least 3 large Publix grocery stores, Nail Salons, Cleaners, UPS Stores, Banks, Fast Food, great Chinese, Fine dining, Beach Trolley to Fort Myers Beach, Walgreens & CVS drug stores (and more!).
Kelly Greens Golf & Country Club has Golf, great outdoor dining, Tennis/Pickleball Courts, Bocce Ball Court, Swimming Pools, Jacuzzis, Classes for Yoga, Zumba, Water Aerobics etc., 5 miles of roads for walking, jogging or biking. All of this is right within our community.

This particular Pool, Tennis Court and Bocce Ball Court are all located directly across from our condo building (see photos) and is dedicated only to our building and the 2 other condo buildings on either side of us.

MIN RENTAL RESERV = 1 month. We don't rent our condo for less than 1 month(Kelly Greens Rule). We don't require renting our condo for multiple months but will rent this way if there is availability.
NOTES ABOUT ADDITIONAL FEES FOR KELLY GREENS GOLF/COUNTRY CLUB:
*Kelly Greens offers an optional 'Full Membership Transfer Fee' of $400 (as of 9/1/24) (includes Golf & use of all Facilities/Outdoor*Bar-Grill*Snack Bar-Weekend Entertainment (during Season)/Main Tennis Courts & Main Pool). This is an optional one-time fee for a 30-90 day reservation (1-3 months). *Kelly Greens also offers an optional 'Dining Only' Transfer Fee for $200 (as of 9/1/22) during the entire length of your reservation (inc. Weekend Entertainment). These prices continue to be set & managed by Kelly Greens.

My wife and I have stayed at this condo at Kelly Greens for the last five years during the month of February. We just love it here! The condo is right across the driveway from the pool, hot tub, tennis and pickle ball courts. The Kelly Greens community is also good for walking and biking. The condo is equipped with everything you would need plus beach essentials. We really enjoy the lanai to relax and watch the golfers. Lots of great restaurants nearby also. This is a great unit; everything you will need is at your fingertips. Furniture in tv area is very comfortable. Beds were also comfortable. We loved staying here and would certainly return.

David F.Perfect Rental Experience - Close to beaches, golf, restaurants
My wife and I could not have been more pleased with the rental at Kelly Greens. Owner Lynda answered all out questions before arrival and checked that all was ok during rental. Great 3rd floor location so vaulted ceilings (you don't get that on 1st or 2nd floors). Lanai overlooks the 7th fairway. Three times we saw the a bald eagle (2 live in nest on golf course) grab fish out of water on hole 7 and dine right outside the lanai! Pool/hot tub and bocce court right across from condo building so very close and convenient. Condo itself was immaculate. Comfortable beds, comfortable furniture, 2 nice new recliners. Golf course very nice on site as I was played with some friends who own condos at Kelly Greens. Condo had everything you could possibly need in kitchen to cook. Bike available in the storage shed. There were available beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers to use to go to the beach. We did this twice and made it so easy because all those things were available for us to use. We went to Sanibel beaches....bridge to Sanibel is 10 mins from Condo. We went to some nice restaurants also....Fresh Catch, Citrola's, Cielo, Mad Hatter,, Roadhouse Cafe, Mythos, Doc Fords. Overall, can not say enough good things about our experience.

Dan F.A lovely condo - located across from the pool, very close to the beach and absolutely everything you might need!
The 3rd floor condo has everything, including vaulted ceilings, wet bar, and sunset views overlooking the 7th fairway. We spent hours sitting out on the screened lanai, relaxing while watching golfers, ospreys, herons, and numerous other Florida birds. The lovely pool is directly across from the condo and carport. Lynda is so very helpful answering any question that we had prior to our arrival and during our stay. Pack your bags and enjoy, there is nothing else you need to bring. Can't wait to go back!

This was a wonderful place to stay. Great for a winter getaway. The condo had everything we needed, kitchen stocked very well, plus plenty of items for the beach. We really enjoyed the screened in balcony for relaxing and the great view of the golf course and the sunsets. Nice area to bike and walk. Lynda was a very gracious host, always ready to answer our questions and help in any way. We’re very happy that we can return next year.

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. The kitchen was stocked well with dishes, utensils and even spices! There are lots of pool towels, plus beach chairs and an umbrella to use on beach days. My husband and I both enjoyed using the bike - such a fun way to see the neighborhood.Lynda is a gracious hostess and made herself available to promptly answer any questions we had, provide restaurant suggestions of places with outside seating, etc. We would definitely stay at this unit again!
