Located on the 13th floor, Not too High and Not too Low, this contemporary professionally designed 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo will provide you with the luxury and comfort needed to rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit. About the owner: Our family, Scott & Leigh Anne Knight, Tate & Meghann (Knight) Gaines have lived in Georgia all our lives and have always longed for a place on the Gulf Coast to call home. As of September 2016 we now have that place we call home in Florida. We love Disney and we love the Beach, so we now own a piece of each in Florida. We live in Oxford, Ga and we now hope you can enjoy a deluxe 2 Bedroom Condo here at Tropic Winds. Tropic Winds is a smaller Condo that has many amenities and boasts one of the Largest Balconies on the beach (10 ft x 28ft). We had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous condo the last 10 days of March. It was extremely clean, tastefully decorated, everything work flawlessly and nothing looked worn or stained. We stayed here for 10 days and 7 of those days our car was being serviced with no car rentals/loaners available! But...what a great place to be stranded! Beautiful beach with complimentary chairs/umbrella, amazing views and sunsets, large comfy balcony, and everything you would need inside the condo with a nice strong wifi. The three elevators were great they were super-fast and never crowded. We never had to wait for one and 99% of the time we were alone! We did use the propane grills that are available and was very surprised how clean those were! Scott was wonderful to work with from the time of booking to the end of our stay. Communication after booking was effortless and uncomplicated. Plenty of emails, text, reminders, information, etc. We would definitely not hesitate to come back to Tropic Winds 1309!!!
