This was our second time staying here. It's very nice, very easy, and has everything you look for in a vacation like: Great view, Directly on the beach, Clean, Pool and hot tub, Easy communication, Easy checkin and check out, Basic supplies provided, Designated parking spot, Chair and umbrella service included. We will definitley stay again!The only time we had to wait on the elevators was between 7:30- 9am Saturday which i assume is a busy checkout day in general so to be expected, and it wasn't a long wait as I have experoenced at other places in the past. The umbrella / chair service is a little too eager to put the chairs and umbrella away prior to the expected 5pm closing time. On the last night I was there, the sprinkler sprayed water in our faces while sitting in the hot tub for an extended period of time around 9:15ish. Only time my family experienced this so not sure why this happened. We will remember to fill out all the information on the parking tag next time!I really have nothing bad to say at all. The condo itself was awesome! Plenty of space and CLEAN. All communication with owners was pleasant and laid back. No drama. No complaints.. Property is very nice! This is not a party location, so It's perfect for mature guests and families. We loved staying here both times and look forward to next year's visit!

The week started out poorly as my group of four had rented another place in Panama City. It was terrible so we were scrambling for somewhere else to stay. I called and spoke with Meghann. She was so helpful and kind regarding our situation. She even texted me when the previous occupants left so I could get an earlier start on saving my vacation. The condo was beautiful with a large, open, clean, beautiful home to make lasting beach memories. It was so impressive to move from the mess we had booked into the bright relaxing space in Tropic Winds. The process was wonderful in terms of check in and check out and I was extremely impressed with the condo and the property. Thank you so much for saving our vacation and we can't wait to come back!!

We recently stayed at Tropical Wind, and it was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we booked until our departure, owners Scott and Leigh were incredibly helpful and made the whole process seamless. The convenience of having a balcony overlooking the ocean made our mornings serene and evenings spectacular, as we could simply step out and enjoy the breathtaking views.Staying here with our grandsons was delightful, especially since the beach was just a stone's throw away from our room. This made our beach outings so easy and relaxing. Additionally, the location couldn’t be better as we were close to an array of restaurants and attractions, adding fun and variety to our days.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to enjoy our vacation. Thanks to Scott & Leigh for making our stay so memorable. We highly recommend Tropical Wind to anyone looking for a stress-free and scenic beach vacation. We’ll definitely be returning!

Where do I begin! We had an amazing stay at Tropic Winds 1402. The views were incredible and just as the pictures show. The condo was one of the nicest we have stayed in, clean and met all our needs. We loved the location and the free beach chair service made it even better. Scott was so easy to communicate with and very thorough! He made sure we had everything we needed, understood where to go/park and even included fun activities, favorite restaurants, etc. We will definitely be staying here again and would recommend it to all of our friends. You will not be disappointed!

Our family’s stay at Tropic Winds Unit 1402 was perfect! Scott and Leigh Ann provided excellent communication from the start, and check in and check out was a breeze. The unit is very clean and spacious with lots of great amenities, including a well-stocked kitchen, a dining table for 6, and comfortable beds and furniture. This unit was perfect for my family of four (including two adult children) and can easily accommodate 6 adults. The balcony is AMAZING! It is quite large and offers two lounge chairs, plus a large table for 4 with great views. Extra beach chairs and umbrellas were very appreciated and they even have some beach toys if you have younger children. Covered parking is also a nice perk. We will definitely use Tropical Beach Getaways in the future. Highly recommend.

This is our third year booking through Scott & Leigh and our second unit we've stayed in. It's a home away from home and Scott is so responsive regarding anything you need. We fly into PCB so having all the beach chairs, toys & umbrellas is a big plus for us as those are hard to bring when flying. Kitchen is fully stocked and the beds are comfortable. The units are always very clean! I highly recommend any of the units the Knights' offer!

This was our second visit and it was just as great as the first. Tropic Winds is in a great location if you're like us and prefer a quieter spot. The condo itself is beautifully decorated and so comfortable. We love the balcony and the tall chairs and table which make dolphin watching easier. The condo is super clean as well. We hadn't even unpacked our bags when my husband commented that this will be our go-to vacation spot from now on. Scott is also quick to respond if you have any questions. I will definitely recommend this condo to friends and family.

My husband and I go to PCB at least once a year and we normally stay in a different condo each visit. That has changed as this is now our favorite! The condo is beautifully decorated and furnished. Super clean. The balcony furniture is fantastic and the view is amazing. Owners are quick to respond to texts. We like that it's a smaller building and the beach was never crowded. LOVED having complimentary beach chairs! Indoor, reserved parking is a must but as in all parking garages the spaces are tight so we had to work a bit to get our large truck parked. It's worth it! One tip: the only coffee pot is a Keurig so bring pods. A guest before us was kind enough to leave a few which we used until we could buy more (which we left for other guests). We will 100% book here again and will recommend it to our friends!!!

We loved this well equipped condo at Tropic Winds. It was the perfect beach getaway. Nicely and comfortable furnishings and nicely decorated.We loved the large balcony to have our morning coffee while listening to the waves break in the beach. We will definitely be back!!

The condo was perfect for our family of four. It had everything we needed for a relaxing worry-free stay! It was clean and tastefully decorated. The beds were all incredibly comfortable! The balcony was very spacious with a fantastic view and plenty of seating for eating and relaxing while enjoying the sounds of the beach! The included beach chairs were a great bonus, we used them daily. There were even beach toys/floats in the balcony storage which the kids really enjoyed. The condo included many items others I have previously stayed in did not, basic items like extra paper towels, trash bags, dish detergent, and laundry detergent/softener and even a laundry basket so we didn’t have to pick up just enough of those items for the week. We were 100% pleased with the condo itself, only thing that was a bit tricky was the parking space. We would definitely book this one again!

We’re Canadian snowbirds and truly think of 1402 as our home 12/1-3/31 annually. Tropic Winds is on the west end of beach, which is quiet. Our property is well managed and maintained. The view is amazing off the large balcony, with new patio furniture. Master bedroom on oceanfront, you can enjoy the breeze and sound of ocean while you sleep. Guest room has 2 beds to accommodate guests or families. Decor is very nice, highly recommend for your next visit.

This condo is absolutely beautiful and the pictures do reflect the actual furnishings. From the front door to the balcony you will find everything you need. The large balcony has quality, comfortable furniture and was perfect to sit and enjoy being on the beach. Extraordinary clean! No issues with parking as the assigned parking pass took care of that. Highly recommend and would definitely return.

The condo was wonderful and the views were amazing. It was great to have the reserved beach chairs and umbrella for the week. Beach access was great. Scott was wonderful and addressed any problems we had immediately(there was only one regarding the tv channels) and kept us very informed about the check in and check out process. We had no problems at all. Would stay again in the future. The only concern is the parking. If you have a big car or SUV it is very tight to get in and out of the assigned parking space. Other then that, we could not have asked for a better vacation. Thank you

This unit was perfect! Impressive as you enter and extremely clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need. The unit is beautiful and furnished with great quality furniture and decor. The balcony was incredible. Perfect for watching the dolphins, enjoying a meal and just relaxing. The deck box full of beach items was an extra treat as well. If you are looking for a clean, quiet, well maintained condo you should BOOK THIS UNIT! Clear check in/out policy, parking is great. The owner was responsive for all questions. Definitely will be first choice when visiting PCB.
