Villa Karina is Located on a dead end street on a small lake, on the Pinemore golf course. Great view out the back lanai to the lake and golf course.
A Large kitchen opens up to the dining area with windows looking out to the pool. Huge dining room table that seats eight. The living area has Large sliding glass doors that open up to the to the lanai. This 4 bedroom 3 bathroom split floor plan for privacy and is perfect for 2 families.
Two bedrooms have their own private bathroom and KING SIZE beds. The Master has a very large walk in closet as well as sliding doors that lead out to the lanai. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, and the 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds. 3 bedrooms, have Tv's as well as the main large tv in the living room. All bathrooms have brand new tall elongated toilets.
This home comes stocked with everything you will need for a very comfortable vacation. All you will need is your clothes! Cable and high speed internet thru out the home.
Unique to this house is a very large lanai with plenty of chairs for sun bathing. A tv is also in the lanai. The pool is also very large. It is 30 feet long. Great for laps! Heated pool with a heat pump. The garage has 6 bikes, ping pong table, pool and beach toys, coolers and beach umbrella. Call me direct at for more information and rates.
Our home is located on a very safe and quiet dead end street and is within 10-25 minutes from 4 different beautiful beaches.
The Rotunda has 5 golf courses within it's borders, and one in our back yard, This house has everything you need, bikes, grill, coolers, beach chairs, beach umbrella... everything!! There is lots of shopping in the area Publix, Sweetbay, Winn Dixie, Aldi, Bealls, and Super Walmart, within a short drive.
Englewood Beach: Boardwalk, Rest Rooms, Showers, Picnic Tables, BBQs, Kids Playground, Volleyball, Horse Shoe Toss, Excellent Beach for Swimming, Walking and Shell Collecting, Restaurants 50 yards from Beach. Sand Bar restaurant across from the beach always has live music.
Englewood Middle Beach, (Blind Pass): Beautiful scenic coastline ideal for swimming, fishing and shell collecting. Rest rooms and showers. Free parking. Sand Bar, Lock n Key & the White Elephant s a great place to eat and listen to live music every day.
Venice Beach: nice beach for looking for shark teeth. Sharky's on the Pier is a great place to eat.
Siesta Key- one of the 10 most beautiful beaches in the world is only 40 minutes away. This is a must see!
Stump Pass: Over one mile of beach, excellent for swimming, walking and collecting shells.
Manasota Beach: This 14 acre stretch of beach and sand dunes has BBQs, picnic tables (sheltered), Rest rooms and showers, board walk. The beach is approx 3 miles north of Middle beach in Englewood.
Boca Grande & Gasparillo Island: A scenic drive to three beautiful beaches in a gorgeous location. BBQs, picnic tables, rest rooms and showers. $6.00 to go over to the island, but worth every penny!
Rotonda west is southwest Florida's best kept secret offering top quality country club golf courses. Rotonda west and surrounding in southwest Florida's luxurious gulf coast offers miles of not so crowded beaches. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the house. It is very well equipped, very comfortable and homely, beautifully decorated and with an abundance of space. There is everything that you need for your stay and all the little touches make all the difference. It was not like a typical rental house. Judy was so helpful from the first contact and throughout our stay. We have had a couple of bad experiences with Florida rentals in the past and we felt very reassured by Judy that everything would be fine and it was more than that. The pool was great, the best temperature we have experienced in many years of renting. Some of our best times were spent by the pool under the lanai in the evening, listening to the bird song, watching for the alligators and enjoying some fabulous sunsets. We play a lot of golf so loved watching people playing from the pool area. We played two of the local courses which were very good, particularly Long Marsh and visited some others nearby too, Riverwood is a favourite of ours. The house is in a very quiet neighbourhood and close to some great beaches. A visit to Boca Grande Island is a must and Venice too for shops and restaurants. Michael who looks after the house was brilliant. There were a couple of small issues (not really issues) and he was straight on it getting things sorted for us. We would definitely stay at the house again. If you want a comfortable house in a nice neighbourhood near beaches, golf, restaurants etc with good service throughout you can't go wrong.

A beautiful villa with an amazing pool and patio area. The setting of this villa is really lovely, the area is very quiet and peaceful. The house is spotlessly clean and very welcoming the minute you walk through the door, very well equipped too, and the garden and outdoor area is amazing and also very clean and tidy with lovely views across the lake, we saw some beautiful sunsets in the evening when we were sitting out.There is lots to see and do in this area and some of the most beautiful beaches are within a very short drive, lovely marinas and plenty of really good restaurants and dining places.The hosts Judy and Steve are so kind and welcoming, thank you both for all you did to make this a holiday to remember.We had a truly wonderful experience and I cannot speak highly enough of this beautiful holiday home, a “little bit of heaven here on earth”.Christine, Julia and Geoffrey

We visited the area for a wedding and enjoyed every minute. The house worked perfectly with everyone having plenty of private space while still feeling inclusive and very comfy. We had 2 adult children and my mother in law with us, so everyone having their space was important. The kids utilized the garage toys (bikes, ping pong) while the rest of us soaked in the sun while spending time together around the pool. It was a very enjoyable time and we will stay again we will the need arises. Also, Judy was attentive and easy to communicate with which made the overall scheduling much less daunting.

Four of us spent a week in the pinehurst court house in June as a base of operations for a fishing trip. The house had plenty of room with a comfortable bedroom for each of us. The pool was great and the surroundings quiet…. Much more do than in prime winter tourist season. There are plenty of excellent restaurants nearby and several beaches are within a 15-20 min drive. Fishing opportunities were abundant. The trip has become an annual event.

Stunning, immaculate vacation home on a golf course with a dead end street. We have stayed in this home each year and will never stay anywhere else. Wonderful host family and very accommodating. We enjoy our breakfast daily outside by the pool and watch the morning news. No extras needed to pack, they have it all! Pack your clothes and your all set. Thank you Judy for allowing us to stay in your lovely home. My husband thoroughly enjoyed playing golf and met fellow golfers that he plans to meet up with on our next trip. Judy and Michael ensured that the DVD player was working and left clear instructions for us, we were able to settle my autistic son with DVDs that enabled him to feel safe. This made a huge difference for us. I was therefore able to sit in the Florida sunshine reading and relaxing.We all loved Bocca Grande and Punta Gorda. The sea is turquoise blue.Our favourite restaurant was Farlow's on the Water, a perfect setting and wonderful food, combined with good customer service. Mamas and Nicolas both had lovely food. Writing about this makes me wish that we were there right now, we'll be back soon!!Michael (the property manager) keeps the house and pool in first class condition. Everything was spotlessly clean and well maintained.

We had a wonderful vacation this spring in Florida renting a home from Rotonda West. We found the home very welcoming and well furnished. We took advantage of the 5 golf courses just minutes from the front door of the home and found them to be in great shape and challenged our abilities. After a round of golf back to the house for a quick dip in the private pool before a night out at one of the many restaurants a short drive away. On the non-golf days, we planned our stay-at-home dinner using the fully stock kitchen and outdoor grill. We enjoyed a relaxing day at home recharging for the next day trip of exploring. The meals at home were easy to accomplish with large grocery stores only minutes from the house. All three couples enjoyed the vacation and look forward to next year’s vacation here.

My husband and I had the luxury of enjoying this large, beautiful, clean home for the Thanksgiving holiday in a great neighborhood! The pictures of this home are amazing but when you walk inside the front door it takes your breath away. The large pool was absolutely perfect for lap swimming and of course having a bathroom accessible from the pool area was a plus! We enjoyed breakfast every morning at the table in the lanai area while watching television. Enjoyed morning walks and bike rides in this quiet and friendly neighborhood. This house had everything we needed for our vacation. Pool mats, beach supplies, bikes, and a grill. A very special thanks to Judy for the list of great restaurants, stores, and things to do in the area. We loved being so close to the beaches! This is our first experience staying in a vacation home but we will be returning to this home next year! Five star rating from us!!

We, "three golden girls" had the pleasure of spending 3 weeks in this lovely ,clean home. OUTDOORS -heated pool and screened lanai, BBQ, dining area, outdoor seating and TV.. Garage contained 5 bicycles and various other sports equipment. INDOORS - immaculate, spacious and tastefully decorated - well equipped kitchen and laundry rooms, comfortable beds, lots of linens and towels, 4 TV's, books and games -- all the comforts of home and more!! .Great location -- peaceful neighborhood, little traffic, - golf course at rear.

We were 3 couples who rented for 2weeks. Stunning home for our vacation. Loved the hot tub and pool. If I could be nit-picky and pick a drawback, it would be the location was a little distant from shopping and beaches. Also, we noticed the mosquitoes were bothersome at times. Not sure how you could fix any of this. However, 5 star all the way!! Would definitely recommend!

My family and I loved the house and it will be our go to home when we visit the Englewood area. We loved to sit around the large dining room table with a view of the pool and golf course and with so many bedrooms and bathrooms, we did not feel crowded. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room. The size of the pool and veranda were also perfect. One other great thing was the responsiveness of Mary, the caretaker for the property. We needed a new light bulb for the bathroom and she was right there to install it. There were also bikes available for use and it's a short drive to Englewood Beach where there is plenty of parking and public facilities.

We knew from very early on that we were going to have a great holiday at this property. Judy's communication was really excellent and made us feel very comfortable about our future holiday. The property is situated in a quiet community with easy access to lots of favourite beaches, restaurants and shops. It was spotlessly clean and had everything, and more, that we hoped for. The pool was beautifully warm and we really appreciated the loungers to relax in the sun. Publix and Walmart were close at hand and we decided to eat in most days which was made very easy with a fully equipped kitchen - home from home! We would highly recommend this home for a relaxing family holiday and we were lucky enough to meet Judy during our stay. Our two teenage children are already asking us when we are going back!

Well kept and unbelievably clean!! Just as neat and organized as photos show and in a wonderful neighborhood! Owners answered questions about area shopping, sightseeing and entertainment! So much within 15-20 minutes! We throughly enjoyed the pool, and it was the perfect temperature!! The one time it rained we were still able to sit around the table in the lanai area that was covered and enjoy the outdoors!! One of the great things that isn't mentioned is there is a bathroom that is accessible from pool area! Our adult kids even took bike rides! We definitely recommend and will rebook soon!!

The pictures of the house and inside are beautiful but when you walk through the front door and experience it for real, it takes you to a whole new level! You can see straight through to the pool and the amazing view of the golf course. It was fun exploring the house and seeing all the beautiful decorations and art work on the walls... it truly is an experience to be able to vacation here...lots of space! Love the kitchen...nice and big and nobody bumped into anyone while making meals! Loved going out on the lanai to sit by the pool and eat breakfast in the morning...so peaceful and quiet. The area is great with so many things to do...Boca Grande Island (got a golf cart and zipped around the island...super fun!), collected shark teeth on Englewood beaches, took a water taxi over to Rum Bay Restaurant on Palm Island for lunch (another fantastic experience!) and the seafood restaurants are nothing but the best! Thank you Judy for sharing your house!!!
