Tourist Development Tax /Sales Tax 12% will be added to subtotal of rental fee and one time cleaning fee.
Rates include 4 persons , each additional person is 10 US$/night. Max. occupancy 6 persons. Cleaning Fee for 6 persons is 250.00$
Electricity is included up to 35 US$/week or 150 US$/month. Extra usage (f.e. for pool heat) will be charged at approx 15 cents/kwh
Payments are due 60 days before arrival date, a reservation deposit of $500 is requested at time of booking.
We require a security deposit of 500 US$, that will be returned after you leave the house properly.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay in December and January The house was absolutely beautiful and everything was brand new. The beds were so comfortable and all of our kitchen needs were met. The Margaritaville bicycles were fun too. Our most favorite time was spending Christmas with our family and swimming in the heated pool. The patio furniture is gorgeous and offers a relaxing experience. Loved the proximity from Punta Gorda airport, super easy access to I 75 and several golf courses. The owners were VERY NICE and even greeted us with a welcome card and bottle of wine. They kept in contact with us and helped manage the pool temperature and internet services. We look forward to renting again!

This is the 2nd time I have written this & sent it. Not sure where 1st review ended up. We loved the house. It was very clean & kitchen was well stocked with dishes & appliances. Pool was very clean & maintenance on it was done weekly. Also grass was maintained once a week. We would love to rent this house on a yearly basis if possible. Maybe even for 2 months. Thanks so much for giving us great memories.

Ray doesn’t answer emails. This is Shari and this is my email address. We loved the house! You have excellent taste in decorating. It was so well stocked with what you need in daily living. We have never slept in a more comfortable bed. We are looking forward to next year. The only thing that was a little harder for me was the stairs of the pool. I’ve had a double knee replacement and a small rail or something to hold onto would have helped. There may be others that have that problem along with smaller children. I hope you are both well. I know this horrible virus has everyone nervous. Stay safe.

You won’t find a better place to stay in Punta Gorda. This gorgeous, brand new house is FULLY equipped with everything you could possibly need. Every detail has been thought out in this house, nothing has been overlooked. From high end furnishings to a completely equipped kitchen to luxury bedding, linens and towels. We stayed here with our kids and enjoyed days at the beautiful pool making tropical drinks in the blender and grilling out. Another day we went to the beach and used the beach chairs, umbrella, towels and coolers, all provided. The owners have gone above and beyond and have thoughtfully provided amenities other rental homes don’t supply. We arrived in the late evening and didn’t have groceries but in the morning we had everything we needed for coffee as well as toiletries for showers. The owner Claudia is wonderful to work with and the manager Bob is excellent, very helpful and close by if you need anything. We’ve rented several homes over the years and this was right at the top, Live in the lap of luxury, you won’t want to go home!
