This condo is conveniently located on the 1st floor, in a family-oriented complex. It faces the gulf and is right on the beach in the Mariner West Complex., on the "quiet" side of Panama City Beach, yet close to everything the area has to offer.
This beautiful 1-bedroom condo will make you feel right at home, with its fully equipped large kitchen, including full sized appliances, new cabinets, quartz counter tops. There is a mirrored dining area with seating for 4, and 2 barstools at the snack bar which faces the kitchen. It has 2 full bathrooms, with hairdryers in each bathroom. It also has a personal laundry room. The bedroom has 2-queen sized beds, a dresser, a 42" TV, ironing board and iron, board games and cards. The living room has a queen size memory foam sofa sleeper, 2 recliners, a large leather chair and a swivel chair, plus a 65" Smart TV and is beautifully furnished.
The patio has new balcony styled furniture, as well as a lounger. We have tried to furnish our condo with everything we feel renters may want or need.
Unique Benefits
No waiting for elevators because it's on the 1st floor, which makes it so convenient for you when you need to run back from the beach because you forgot to bring something, or when you go shopping and have a lot of things to bring into the condo. Plus, being right by the pool, you can sit and relax while the kids play in the pool because you'll be facing the pool. There is plenty of seating room in the condo, yet it isn't crowded, and the large TV is a plus. When we're there, we love to relax on the patio reading or listening to the waves.
Why Kids Love It
Kids love it because it's right by the pool and beach, so they can build sandcastles. pick up shells, go for walks, plus there are games and cards in the dresser in the bedroom.
It is centrally located on Thomas Dr., so is close to the many area attractions - such as: Wonder Works, Ripley's, Gulf World, mini-golf, Zoo World, Just Jump Trampoline Park, boat and pontoon rentals, deep sea fishing, cycle rentals, helicopter rides, Shipwreck Island water park, parasailing, airboat rides, swim with the dolphins and snorkeling tours, Shell Island tours, and so much more. If you like to shop, Pier Park is the place to go to shop, or to eat at one of the many restaurants and ice cream shops. There are several beachy shops as well as well as retail specialty stores and restaurants, including Margaritaville. Pier Park is also just across the street from a large City pier, which, for a small fee you can fish, watch for dolphins, sea turtles, stingrays, pelicans, and watch the fishermen catch fish.
You can rent jet ski's, ride on the Banana Boat, or go parasailing by walking just a very short distance on the beach. Other attractions are only a short drive away.
We like to eat at Schooners, which is east on Thomas Drive, as well as Pineapple Willie's (excellent ribs!) is west on Thomas Drive, Sharky's Seafood is west on Front Beach Rd., also a American Charlie restaurant is west on Front Beach Rd.
Angelo's Steak Pit is East on Front Beach Rd., Boon Docks Restaurant is a little drive away, but the food is great. Captain Anderson's is on North Lagoon Drive and has excellent food. If you are looking for something fancier, the Firefly is great and has wonderful she crab soup that is very rich and filling. C-Level is also a great place to eat and is one of our favorites. For a special treat, we like to go to Mr. Puff's on Thomas Drive for hand rolled ice cream. It's fun to watch them make your treat and even better to eat it.
In addition to a communal pool, the complex has pickle board, shuffleboard, pool table, tennis court, as well as gas grills, tables and chairs next to the pool deck and lots of lounge chairs around the pool.

NO smoking, No pets, and No singles under the age of 25. Mariner West does not allow pets on premises (unless they belong to the owner), nor rental to singles under the age of 25. We accept credit & debit Cards and Cashier's checks, Money Orders, or Personal Checks for the exact amount only. The $250.00 Security deposit is in addition to the total rental charge, which includes rental fee, cleaning fee and taxes. We require a signed Rental Agreement to be returned to us within 7 days of reserving the condo and the $250.00 Security Deposit is due at that time also. The Balance (rent, cleaning fee, and tax) is due 35 days before your stay. The Security/damage Deposit will be returned within 2 weeks after your stay, if there is no damage or extra cleaning required in the condo.

The condo was exactly as shown and very clean. The owner was a dream to work with. 1st floor unit was so convenient, providing everything we needed and no waiting for elevators. Would definitely rent this unit again and again.

This exceptionally well maintained beach condo had everything we look for in a beach retreat. You are just a few feet from the beautiful white sand beach. The condo is far enough away from the most crowded part of PCB to provide a peaceful retreat. But you are still just minutes away from great restaurants and all the other attractions that PCB offers. The pool is meticulously well maintained and offers a beautiful change from the waves of the gulf.And everything in the condo works. No burnt out light bulbs, TVs that actually work with cable access, good WIFI, and drapes and towel bars that aren't falling off the walls because spring breakers abused them. We'll come back here again and again and again!!!!

Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am.
If you cancel 60 days before your stay, your Security Deposit is refunded in full. If you cancel 30 days before your stay, your Security Deposit will be held for another stay for you in the same year, unless I am able to rent the condo, in which case, it will be refunded, minus the charge card fees.
No, per our condominium rules, you need to be over 25 and have to be staying in the condo the whole rental period. Proper identification is required at check in.
Yes, if there is a state mandated shutdown for your state or for Florida, you will be refunded the Security Deposit, unless you have been staying in the condo and there is damage or something missing, or the condo isn't clean before you leave. Your rent for the remainder of your stay will be refunded for the unused days.
No, per our condominium rules, no pets are allowed, no matter what kind nor how small they are.
No, smoking is not allowed in the condo. If you must smoke, you are required to go to the shuffleboard area on the other side of the parking lot to smoke. If the condo smells like smoke when you depart, you will forfeit your Security Deposit.
