This property is amazing. The house was very clean, well stocked with paper products and cleaning supplies. The owners checked in with me several times to make sure there were no issues which there was never any issues. The house is directly on a canal with a davit for your boat. Would definitely stay again.

This amazing house is very close to many restaurants, mini golf, Key West and Bahia Honda State Park. Nearby there is shopping and interesting nature trails on Big Pine Key. We saw many Key Deer on Big Pine along with roosters everywhere. I even drove to Marathon to Sombrero Beach and the Crane Point Preserve. Beautiful décor, comfortable furniture and a wonderful kitchen enhanced our stay. The back porch was a relaxing area outside for eating, reading, and just hanging out. It's a great neighborhood for walking or biking and meeting friendly people like our neighbors. We thoroughly enjoyed the Sunny Getaway and it's delights. Thanks Bill & Lynn (who responded quickly and cordially with my questions)

We truly enjoyed this beautiful home for the month of March. The home is very nicely decorated, very comfortable and well stocked for all your needs. Bill and Lynn were excellent to work with. Neighbors were great. If you enjoy the sun, watching fish in the canal in a quiet neighborhood close to shopping, dining and Key West then we recommend this home. We would rent this again. This was a newly renovated home in a quiet neighborhood on Little Torch Key. It was very clean, and you can tell the owners pay special attention to details. We appreciated their quick response to any questions that we had. We loved walking the very friendly subdivision and watching for birds and other small wildlife near the water. We were conveniently located a couple miles from Winn Dixie and several excellent restaurants. We enjoyed going to the Dry Tortugas National Park by float plane out of the Key West airport one day, and visited several nearby state parks on other days. We would definitely rent from them again given the opportunity, and very much appreciated them allowing us to use their home for the month of January.

I highly recommend this rental. This house is great!The location is centrally located and convenient for reaching all of the Keys. We traveled mostly to Key West and around Big Pine Key. The house itself is in a quiet neighborhood on a canal. Fishing amenities and access were provided.The house was stocked with everything we needed for a family vacation, even some basic kitchen supplies (salt, pepper, etc). We cooked meals in a fairly large kitchen and ate outside on the second-floor balcony. There is a grocery store nearby, so we were able to cook at the house during the entire stay. The living room is comfortable for hanging out with family and watching tv. We recorded some Christmas movies on the DVR and watched them together as a family in the evenings. There is plenty of space for 5-6 people.The house is set up to withstand storms and high winds. It was easy to close the storm windows one night when a tornado was near.Bill and Lynne were very communicative and responded quickly when we had any questions. They provided a good variety of suggestions for things to do in the local area.
