You will feel at home and comfortable the minute you walk thru the door! This is a home, and not a beat up rental. This spotless clean, Spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom with 2 master suites.
Very private tropical yard!, very private and quiet. Over a small hill is a small lake behind the house for fishing!
*This beautiful home has had a makeover. Professionally decorated, painted for a true Florida feel. Very hands on owners, if the house needs something it get it. This super clean villa has a very desirable split floor plan which makes it very private for 2 families. Located in the Broadmoor Park area of the deed restricted community of Rotonda West.
* leather reclining couch and love seat to relax and watch the 50 inch tv. (only if it's raining!)
Great room has large glass sliding doors leading to the lanai and pool deck area. 4 lounge chairs for sunbathing as well as a 6 person table and chairs. If sports are on, turn on the outside TV while relaxing in the pool.
* The master bedroom has a king bed, and doors, that open up to the pool area. 42 inch wall mounted TV. Walk in closet for all your personals. Enter the Beautiful huge master bath with walk in shower, separate tub & his and hers own vanities, also a separate private "water closet" - toilet room!
* Bedroom 2 - nice size room which has a queen bed with attached private bathroom, & walk in shower. Your own private door going directly out to the pool. This room has a 32 inch TV.
* This very large 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds and a 32 inch TV. 3rd Bath is right next door.
This home has Hulu for streaming , & high speed internet.
* A fully equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need, including a crock pot, coffee pot, coffee grinder, blender, spices, oil and more. Separate Laundry room with front loading washer, dryer, an Iron & ironing board. All bath towels, beach towels and linens are all provided.
Large 30 ft. heated pool. FREE POOL HEAT! This pool does have a deep end which is rare. Very important is this pool has a hand rail. A very spacious pool area & lanai. Dining table, gas Weber grill, and several lounge chairs for relaxing in the sun. Total tropical wooded area for privacy behind the house. You will feel totally relaxed enjoying this large pool & pool area, while gazing upon the lush tropical landscaping which surrounds the villa.
It just doesn't get any better. If you want to go for a bike ride, I provide 4 bikes.
Villa Sea-Esta Palms is located on a very nice safe and quiet street and is within 15- 25 minutes from 4 different beautiful beaches. The Rotonda is surrounded by 5 golf courses, and 3 more close by. This house has everything you need, bikes, grill, coolers, beach chairs, beach umbrella... everything!! There is plenty of shopping in the area Publix, Winn Dixie, Bealls, and Super Walmart, within a short drive.
Englewood Beach: Boardwalk, Rest Rooms, Showers, Picnic Tables, BBQs, Kids Playground, Volleyball, Horse Shoe Toss, Excellent Beach for Swimming, Walking and Shell Collecting, Restaurants 50 yards from Beach. Sand Bar Tiki Bar & White Elephant are great restaurants across from the beach with live music.
Beautiful Don Pedro Island 3.4 miles away. This is a State Park on the water. Beautiful beaches
Englewood Middle Beach, (Blind Pass): Beautiful scenic coastline ideal for swimming, fishing and shell collecting. Rest rooms and showers. Free parking. Flounders & the White Elephant s a great place to eat and live music every day.
Venice Beach: nice beach for looking for shark teeth. Sharky's on the Pier is a great place to eat.
Siesta Key- one of the 10 most beautiful beaches in the world is only 40 minutes away. This is a must see!
Stump Pass: Over one mile of beach, excellent for swimming, walking and collecting shells.
Manasota Beach: This 14 acre stretch of beach and sand dunes has BBQs, picnic tables (sheltered), Rest rooms and showers, board walk. The beach is approximately 3 miles north of Middle beach in Englewood.
Boca Grande & Gasparillo Island: A scenic drive to three beautiful beaches in a gorgeous location. BBQs, picnic tables, rest rooms and showers. $6.00 to go over to the island, but worth every penny!
Rotonda west is southwest florida's best kept secret offering top quality country club golf courses. Rotonda west and surrounding in southwest florida's luxurious gulf coast offers miles of not so crowded beaches. You can check out the warm mineral springs in north port, fl, it is only about 30 minutes away. Warm mineral springs has easy access to swimmers and is surrounded by green law suitable for sunning, lounging and visiting. The spring water has the highest mineral content of any spring in the united states.
Love going to Light House Grill, Sand Bar Tiki Bar,, White Elephant, Wine Bistro,, Farlows & Ken & Barbs are all close by. Sharky's on the pier is another great place to go which is about 25-30 minutes away. Good Food, Beach and a long pier to walk out on. Fishing is also allowed on the pier.

We enjoyed another perfect week at one of Judy and Steve's beautiful homes. It's a perfect location, close to anything you would need, beach, shopping, great restaurants.The home is clean, spacious and equipped with everything you need but food. The beautiful covered lanai and pool make it hard to find a reason to go anywhere else.This was our second time renting with Judy and Steve. We love our vacations in this area and will be back for sure.

Great house in a quiet neighborhood convenient to everything (the Gasparilla beach and other amazing beaches nearby, grocery stores and great restaurants). Judy is a fantastic host and her house is well maintained, clean pool and very responsive to anything that we needed. We were allowed for a late check out, which was really nice! Host also made beaches recommendations and tips for local restaurants. 5 star stay!! Would definitely consider staying here again if we are in the area!

We loved our stay at this home with its three bedrooms and three bedrooms. It is immaculately clean and we love the pool! The owner is very easy to work with and answered any questions in a timely fashion. The home is near a variety of beaches and all are a short distance from this residence. Rotonda West is a bedroom community so it is very quiet and the homes in the community are well kept. We can’t wait to go back next year.

The owner, Linda, was exceptional with her communication with us. The house is spacious, immaculately maintained, throughly cleaned, comfortable, and fully stocked with ANYTHING you would ever need, plenty of dishes with a whole set of separate dishes and drinkware to use outside by the pool. This is the best rental I have ever rented. It’s in a quiet neighborhood so great for walking or riding a bike. Great place to relax after a day at the beach. The master suite is enormous and opens into the pool area. There is a casual area in the kitchen to eat, a more formal dining room then a dining table area outside by the pool. There are 2 separate living rooms so great for playing games (which are generously stocked) and for watching tv. Thanks Linda for the marvelous house to spend some of our vacation time.

Everything about the home was just as advertised. It was very comfortable, tastefully decorated and provided a relaxing week off for us. The pool area is wonderful and we enjoyed both day and night swims. The yard is fairly private and it is a quiet neighborhood. The kids took a couple bike rides too!The Winn Dixie right up the street was convenient for grocery deliveries. We had drinks and dinner a couple times in Manasota Key, a short easy drive away.Overall wonderful stay, wonderful hosts. We hope to stay again in the future.

We had a great time, the house was very nice, in a safe area and clean. We especially enjoyed the pool which was a treat. Michael the property manager was very kind and helpful with checking out a garage door issue. Judy was a great communicator and selective with renters (which I would be too if I owned a rental so I understood and appreciated completely). Boca Grande Beach was a short drive and was our favorite beach with friendly residents and visitors.

Sea Esta Palm Villa is a beautiful home located close to several beaches. It has everything you need to enjoy your vacation - just bring your clothes. The enclosed pool was amazing and private. Our family of four adults spent 10 days at this property in January. We found it met our needs as a central location to visit area attractions in Fort Meyers, Englewood and Sarasota. Everything you need in terms of furnishings, equipment and utensils is provided and in good condition. Although we did not use it, the enclosed pool was attractive and well maintained by the property management. If we chose to visit the area again, we would return to this property.

This house was amazing! The décor was absolutely gorgeous. We had everything we needed plus our own beautiful private enclosed pool. Golfing, restaurants, beaches, fishing charters, shopping were all within a 10-15 min. drive. The owner, Judy, was very helpful and available anytime we needed her. The community was a very friendly and quiet place! Very relaxing! I would definitely stay there again when it is available! Thanks for sharing your florida retreat home with us! This is a great place to stay. It's clean, warm and welcoming. Ample amount of washcloths hand towels and towels. Beds are comfortable and the pool is really nice. Close to a lot of amenities. Definitely a place I would go back to!

We did our family vacation the first week in April 2018(7 of us) in Judy's house and it was hands down an incredible experience! she made everything seem-less. The house was more than we expected, the pictures don't do justice. Everything was incredibly clean when we arrived, the pool is big and warm(all day/night) and the location is great, short drive to great beaches, great restaurants and the grocery store. We were just as comfortable during our stay as if we where in our own home. Can't what to do it again!

Yes, pool is heated with a new heat pump. The pool is 30 feet long and has a deep end.
We are 8 minute from the Bocca Bridge. Love Bocca, if you go all the way to the end you will find a beautiful State Park with nice bathrooms. It does cost $ 6.00 to go over the bridge. Never crowded. Lots of shells and shark teeth. George Bush & John Travolta have a home on the island.
