The pool deck also has 2 gas grills for lovely evening cook outs. There is direct beach access with 2 showers beachside to rinse off the sand. This unit also includes a reserved covered parking spot, steps away from the elevator and beach/pool access.
This condo includes everything you'll need for a great stay! The three-bedroom, two bath unit features a primary suite with a king bed and gulf views as well as direct access to the patio. The second bedroom also has a king bed and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds, plenty of room for the whole family! The living area has a comfy couch and 55" Roku TV with 50" Roku TVs in all the bedrooms. All linens are included along with kitchen & bath towels. The unit has also includes a full size washer and dryer. Start your day off right enjoying coffee and dolphin watching from the patio that has 4 chairs and dinning table.

We stayed at this condo for a week 11/4-11/12. Condo is beautifully furnished, well equipped and very comfortable! Great view of the ocean and just steps from the sand! Would definitely go there again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean and well kept. The deck was a wonderful place to drink coffee and take in the view. We could have used a few more towels. Kitchen was well equipped. Lots of closet space and drawers so you don't have to live out of your suitcase for a week. The pool area was very nice. Steps have been taken to make this a secure property.

This unit is a great place to stay at and unwind. We rented this place for 3 weeks straight. The 3 bedrooms, kitchen and private balcony were perfect for our family and friends who visited. The pool, private parking and overall security of the condo was very nice. The view out to the gulf is unmatched and the sunset is one of the best you will ever see. The owner was very responsive with any question we had.
