Vacation Rental So Close To Beach on Singer Island!

amazing family vacation home

this is the second time we have rented this house and plan to return. located on singer island fl this home is a perfect choice for a beach vacation less then 5 min walk and your in the water. towels, chairs, umbrella, boggie boards, cooler and beach cart are all provided. there were even multiple bottles of sun screen, the kitchen is incredibly stocked with everything you could possibly need. really appreciate the large amounts of silverware and dishes. the house was spotless when we arrived. so nice to have our own pool the grand children loved it and the adults liked the privacy. several restaurants within walking distance. we use the beach access beside the Marrott cross ocean blvd go a few feet to the left. have fun.

Nice Home on Singer Island

Very nice clean 3-bedroom home in a quiet neighborhood. Beach access across the street. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well supplied, as well as plenty of bath and beach towels, beach chairs, etc. We stayed for 6 nights so it was nice to be able to do our laundry before leaving. We really enjoyed the private back yard with pool.The booking process was very smooth. The owner Dave was pleasant to work with. I definitely recommend this home!

All the Comforts of Home

The house was perfect for our group - the hosts had thought of everything we might need and then some! The location can't be beat - it's a half-block from the beach, a short walk to island restaurants and shopping, and only 20 minutes from Palm Beach and the airport. You can relax by the pool or frolic in the waves - the best of both water worlds. We'd be happy to come back any time!

Everything we could have asked for and more!

This house was the perfect house and location for our family. The amenities were above and beyond what we have had at other rentals in the past. Dave and his team do everything that they can to accommodate you and make sure that you are getting the most relaxation that you can out of your trip. The house was very clean and easily accessible to everything in Palm Beach. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, utensils and even spices. The swimming pool felt like bath water and was very well maintained. Everything that you needed for a day at the beach was provided as well including towels, chairs, umbrella, sand toys, cooler and even a cart to be able to easily transport it all. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone who is considering vacationing in this area (and I already have!). Thank you Dave for all that you do to make this affordable rental such an amazing place. I will hands down be in touch again in the future to rent this house should we be findings ourselves back in the Palm Beach/Singer Island area.

Singer island house

Mom with 2 teenagers. This house had everything you could need! Pool was great! So nice and warm and plenty big and had pool supplies could use. Close to beach and also had supplies could use to go to beach also which made that so easy! Plenty of towels, extra bedding/blankets if needed, kitchen supplies! Beds comfortable and bunk beds great if have more kids/people. Dave was great to work with and all others to contact were great! Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent rental for the family!

My wife and I stayed for over a week with our two children and this was the perfect rental. Very spacious, could easily fit four adults and four children with an open floor plan. The pool was amazing for the kids, and we spent most of our time on the back patio it was very relaxing.Our experience was fantastic from start to finish! Communication was great, as was the location on singer island. We plan to return next year!

Riviera Beach House

We have stayed here in March for two years, we would be back for a third but March is not available. This property is excellent in a quiet neighborhood with everything you could ask for. The host Dave and the local contact Janet are quick to respond to any problems, stay here and you won’t be disappointed, we will miss it next year.

Great location, great house!

Our family rented this house over thanksgiving week. The house was nice, clean and spacious. It came well equipped with everything we wanted and needed, down to extra AA batteries for a firestick remote. There were a lot of nice touches, like ample towels, a fully stocked kitchen and a beautiful outdoor yard with a heated pool.We couldn't think of anything that was spared or missed in this house. There is lots to do on and off singer island, and we highly recommend staying at this beach house if you have the chance. We had some local family visit us over thanksgiving, and they couldn't get over what a great find this house was to rent!

Hidden Treasure on Singer Island!

Let's just say I'm usually a hotel person, and I never write reviews. However, I had to write this one. After the pandemic, my family of 5 were ready to get to a beach immediately. I found this location and contacted Dave by email. Right away, he was responsive and booking was completed in a matter of hours. Needless to say, the location and amenities were everything we could have imagined. Yes! We were literally across the street from the beach (which is a must for me). Yes! We lived in the pool when we weren't at the beach. Yes! I slept in the elongated bunk-bed and gave up the spacious bedroom to others (I loved it). Yes! The grocery store is a five minutes drive or a 10 minutes walk (we were excited to see how our grocery cart filled with groceries climbed up the escalator all by itself... a sight to see! But most of all, Mr. Dave provided everything we could think of and we needed nothing throughout our visit. If you are a movie Netflix watcher like me before bedtime, I highly recommend bringing your firestick. We cooked, we ate, we laughed, we enjoyed the walk to beach daily, even in the rain; we enjoyed the pool morning and night, and it was truly a hidden paradise for a family on Singer Island. We wanted to extend our trip and certainly cannot wait to return,. Thanks Mr. Dave and Singer Island Vacation Rental!

Perfect stay!

Where to start? Dave and Kate's place is a lived-in home, furnished and accoutered in a style that would fit a family living there full time. Everything one would need for daily life and extended vacation time is there, and way more. Quality furnishings, nice room finishes, everything in excellent maintenance and condition. Beds were very comfortable. A/C was adequate and very easy to maintain a comfortable temperature. The pool area is a wonder, from three feet to approximately five feet in depth, it easily accommodated our family of six (h/w with four grown children) with no difficulty. The beach is literally a half block away and less than a five minute walk. The particular section of beach accessed by the trail is one only easily accessible to residents of Singer Island, and pretty far away from the public beach access. The house had a beach toy/chair carrier that we used every day.We could walk to dinner with multiple excellent options, and the Publix is barely a mile away. High end appliances including washer/dryer allowed for us to keep up with laundry during our stay - a very nice plus!We felt that the 8 days we stayed here was the best vacation we ever had as a family. The price was very fair compared to Vrbo/airbnb offerings in the same area. Dave was a pleasure to interact with and was very responsive to coordinating questions that came up during the trip.We hope to be back next year!

Best Vacation house ever!

We go on 1 to 2 vacations a year and always stay in a condo or house. This was the best experience we have ever had. Everything was smooth and easy. Communication was excellent, the house was amazing, and deposit was returned super fast. The pool, yard, back porch area, and bunk room are all amazing. The beat part is the location. It is so close to the beach and also a great fishing canal. Just a perfect place to stay!!

Amazing house close to everything!

I can’t say enough good about our stay. It was amazing. House was perfect. Great pool and outdoor area. Super close to everything. Very short walk to beach, fishing area, and stores. Very quick drive or walkable to the bridge over a great snorkeling, swimming, and fishing area. So close to everything. Saw a seas turtle laying eggs and 2 more swimming. Great hosts. 5 star all the way!

The Perfect Place To Stay!

I've stayed at lots of rentals but none as well appointed as this place. Our host made sure that we had everything we would need. Plenty of dishes and glasses, all the large and small appliances you could want, a fantastic heated pool, lots of pool toys, an outdoor shower, parking, fans...the list goes on. Minutes (by foot) to the beach and minutes (by car) to some of the best snorkeling you could ask for at Phil Foster Park. The house is close to everything and your host and his local manager respond quickly with advice, recommendations, and answers. If you are looking to make Singer Island your base - this is the property to book. No question. We will return.

great location

just a five minute walk to the beach access. the house was super clean and nicely decorated we had a wonderful week dispute having a tropical storm for 5 of our eleven days. the pool saved the day, my grandchilden were there from utah and loved the rain and playing in the puddles, something they do no see in the desert. the house was stocked with everything we needed including spices. boogie boards chairs and umbrellas were a huge help as well as was the beach buggy to get them to the beach. a very large selection of all kinds of towels meant we were not constantly doing laundry we are already planning on going back next year.

Perfect place for a week or month

We were searching when the hurricanes took aim at the gulf coast. We haven't been to the east coast in 40 years. What a mistake. Perfect location, 4 minute walk to the beach, seems a like a private walkway to the water. Nice beach, clean and uncrowded. House and pool are amazingly maintained. Beds are comfortable, everything is there, spices, The right knives, loads of counter space, wide open floor plan, towels to die for. Perfect way to spend the holiday with family

We have always loved Singer Island, but this was our first time renting a house vs. staying in a Hotel... and we loved this home! Just a quick walk across the street to the beach, also a handful of restaurants / bars near enough to walk to. But our favorite part was the house itself - it felt larger than we had expected from the photos, with a very open concept in the kitchen / dining / sitting areas - and the sliding glass door to the backyard opened completely, more than doubling the size of the "living area" and allowing us to enjoy the outdoors even while inside. 6 of us (kids, parents, grandparents) stayed all week and had plenty of room to gather, but also enough bedrooms to enjoy some privacy if needed. Additionally, we have extended family who lives locally and when they came over to visit us to enjoy the pool or have dinner or play games, there was plenty of room / seating so that it didn't feel crowded. Side note: the huge dining room table with the built-in "lazy Susan" was awesome - perfect for meals or playing cards! The pool was a nice temperature, and we used the good quality BBQ grill a couple of times. The only thing that would have made me love the place more would have been a king sized bed vs. queen... but the beds were comfortable, so not a big deal - I'm just spoiled at home so it's hard to give up mattress real estate while on vacation. One note - there is a small step down into a slightly sunken living room, which was difficult for my mother-in-law to navigate with her walker, so future renters should just keep this in mind if any of their party needs full accessibility - but it was not a big issue for us as we just helped her with the transition when she moved in and out of that area. Overall - would definitely recommend this very cute home and stay here again!
