This 1 bedroom, 1 and half bath gulf front condo is located in third floor with a spectacular view of the gulf in the background and well-manicured lawn and swimming pools in the foreground. The large balcony is the ideal place to watch magical sunset while relaxing with a drink. The king size bed in the bedroom, large sectional sleeper sofa in the living room and two bunk beds offer ample sleeping accommodation for 5 people.
The unit has been renovated with granite counter top in kitchen / breakfast bar and new hardwood floor in the bedroom. Living room furniture has been updated with new dinning table, sleeper sofa and recliner. It has tile floor throughout including the balcony, fully appointed kitchen apart from separate dining table and washer/dryer combo. The unit is equipped with high speed Wi-Fi router. After you enjoyed beach activities, cozy up before the living room flat panel TV or the one in the bedroom both equipped with Roku devices streaming many channels including Amazon Prime with thousand of prime movies and your favorite shows.
The building is equipped with two large swimming pools, two hot-tubs, and two kiddy pools. While working on your tan, grab a tasty bite at Bikini Bob's Restaurant, or a refreshing drink at the Tiki Bar, both located on the pool deck. If you want to keep up with your exercising schedule, The Summit offers a fitness room, shared tennis and basktball courts, and a sauna. To keep the little ones busy, there is a play area with a swing/slide set outside on the sand and a video game room inside the building.
When the day is over, head out to explore and try different dining options mostly located within close proximity. Arcade Parks and Mini Golf Courts are also nearby. During the day, you can plan a trip to the Zoo, Gulf World Marine Park, or Shipwreck Island. As for shopping and entertainment, you will definitely have to visit Pier Park, located just 5 miles away from the property.

Guest renting the unit has to be at least 25 years of age and has to stay with the rest of the group.
Initial deposit 25% of total (minimum $200) is due at the time of reservation (non-refundable after 24 hours). Balance is payable in full by 30 days before start of the rental period. Deposit will be forfeited and reservation cancelled if full payment is not received by 30 days before the start date.
Cancellation Policy: No refund if canceled after 30 days before the start date. Payment will be refunded (minus the initial deposit) if cancelled 30 days before the start date. Please consider buying Travel Guard or comparable travel insurance for peace of mind in case your travel plan changes.
Guests have to purchase parking pass and armbands for everyone in the party for $20 from the front office upon arrival.

- Bed is comfortable! - 3rd Floor access is great! - Condo condition is reasonable for price. - We only used the condo to sleep and shower as we went to the beach and out to eat every night. Overall, it’s cozy and comfortable and great for someone who is a couple with two kiddos max (bunk beds in hallway). - The elevators are horrible! Especially when checking in/out to get carts to and from vehicle. Only cause everyone is using the elevators. Had to wait awhile to get my cart in an elevator. Other than that being three floors was easy to use the stair access the entire time so we didn’t have to wait for an elevator to get to the beach. -Bikini Bobs restaurant on site was good! It’s your normal backyard bbq food (chicken tenders, burgers, ribeye, hot dogs, beer, soda, and liquor drinks). - Tiki Bar on site was awesome. Great staff and all kinds of mixed drink. Make sure you get the souvenir cup....the drinks are cheaper when you reuse the cup. - Parking/wristband fee is $20 total for entire party. Not sure if that includes multiple vehicles (as we only traveled with ourself). You pay this at the condo in the lobby at the desk. Staff was friendly to include 24/7 security personnel. - Beach access is great! Quick to get to and from beach from condo. 2 pools, 1 kiddo pool, and 2 hot tubs. - We rented chairs/umbrella at the beach. 2-full days cost us $75 total. They set them up every morning by 8am and pick them up at 5pm. Guys that run the service were friendly and outgoing! - Tons of food/bar options near the condo. You don’t have to travel far to have a good time, unless you want to sit in heavy traffic during the weekends. - Had issues with keypad entry to room when we arrived. Believe it was a glitch, but I contacted the owner and he unlocked the room for us electronically. After we got settled in, the code worked every time we needed it to for the entire stay. Owner is very friendly and picks up the phone whenever needed. Also texting was great so we didn’t have to keep each other on the phone. - The bathroom is a split bathroom. Shower and toilet with a dividing slide door that had another toilet and sink in it. In the master bedroom, you can access the shower where there was another sink and mirror.- Overall, our trip was great and we enjoyed our time. Like always, we never like to leave, but work calls and we just have to wait to pick up where we left off when we come back!

We absolutely loved our condo. The king size bed with a memory foam topping was amazing! The pillows we're awesome. I also enjoyed the recliner in the living room area. My two boys had plenty of space with the two bunk beds and the pull-out couch in the living area. The two pools in the hot tub at the resort was great. We had an awesome pool side view and Oceanfront view. Also the on-site restaurant and Market. The condo is also in walking distance of many great restaurants and fun things to do for the kids. This will definitely be our new spring break location!

My family and I had a Wonderful time while we were there. It was our 1st time in Florida. The pools was our girl's Favorite part along with the jacuzzi. Mine was the view. It was Breathtaking! The place could use some minor touch ups but other than that,Wonderful time. We will be back soon.

I had a very enjoyable time during my stay at the Summit, the facility is well kept, the pools and hot tub are nice, and the beach is your backyard. Perfect for viewing the sunrise or sunset. I definitely would give it 5 stars, and hope to visit again soon!
