There’s plenty of room for everyone here at Our House. The split-level living area features a large-screen HDTV, perfect for movie nights with popcorn and frosty drinks after a day of outdoor fun. Just steps away, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need—from blender drinks and quick snacks to full homemade meals. Please note: there is a one-week minimum stay.

The dining table, located a few steps above the living room, seats six comfortably and also doubles as a game center or workspace. With free wireless internet throughout the unit, it’s easy to stay as connected as you’d like.

Most meals, however, happen on the balcony—the favorite gathering spot. Spanning nearly the entire length of the unit, it offers sweeping lake views, refreshing breezes, and unforgettable sunrises and starlit nights. Whether it’s morning coffee or a casual dinner, the balcony is the showpiece of Our House.

Rest and relaxation are a priority here. The master bedroom features a king bed, TV, en suite bath, and private balcony access through floor-to-ceiling sliding doors. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, generous storage, and plenty of natural light. With two full bathrooms, getting ready for your day is quick and easy.

We’ve stocked the home with everything you’ll need: linens, towels, blankets, pillows, and a washer/dryer for your convenience. The kitchen is fully supplied with dishes, utensils, and cooking gadgets, so you can pack light and settle in right away.

Best of all, Siesta Key Beach is just a five-minute walk away along a private dune path. With its famous white quartz sand, gentle waves, and breathtaking sunsets, it’s the perfect spot for family fun, from sandcastle building to kite flying.

Beyond the beach, you’ll have access to a large swimming pool, pristine tennis courts, picnic areas with grills, and the very best of Siesta Key—golf, shopping, dining, and sightseeing all within easy reach.

Discover Siesta Key
Siesta Key is an 8-mile-long, crescent-shaped barrier island, easily accessible by two bridges connecting it to mainland Sarasota. The island has four main areas—Siesta Beach, Crescent Beach, Turtle Beach, and Siesta Key Village—each with its own character and charm.

Just north of Siesta Beach, Siesta Key Village is a mostly pedestrian hub filled with everything from funky shops to upscale boutiques, beach gear and souvenir stores, casual cafés, fine dining, and live music. It’s a lively spot to shop, eat, and people-watch.

Further south, in the Crescent Beach area, you’ll find another shopping and dining district with boutique stores, restaurants, and even a full-service grocery store for your convenience.
