The A BUILDING at the DUNES OF PANAMA will be completing it Milestone Exterior Repairs beginning May 2025 and will continue through December 2025. Monday - Friday 8am CT through 5 pm CT. The Exterior Repairs will not impact guest stays; however, some balconies may be intermittently locked/closed during this period when exterior work is being completed with that unit. This repair work is only on the exterior of the building only, not the inside of the condo.

I went with my 2 adult daughters and 2-year-old Grandson. Great place just a few things needed to make it PERFECT! Would defiantly benefit from a flooring update. Beds were not comfortable; they were hard with plastic mattress pads (although I understand why they're needed). Maybe better sheets? Needs to have hooks on bathroom doors or walls. We couldn't go in the ocean due to double red flags, so we tried the pool, but it was freezing. They could leave the heated one on until Memorial Day at least since there are 3 pools. Access to beach was easy, Chairs were a plus, Views are AMAZING! We would stay here again.

Our mattresses are firm Sealy Posturepedic mattresses used by all the major hotel chains, sorry if you felt them to be a bit firm. The mattress covers are to prevent critters and bugs from ever entering the boxspring or mattress. Our seasonal beach chairs included in all rentals are a BIG plus for our guest and our direct oceanfront views are magnificent."

The beds were super comfortable and this rental is on the 4th floor where there are only 5 total floors so no waiting on elevators. Checking in and out was easy and everyone staying at this facility was super nice and had good beach etiquette so no blue tooth wars on the beach. This unit also comes with free beach chair service which was nice to have and it’s conveniently located by several great restaurants and is on the ‘quiet’ side of Panama. I would definitely stay here again!

This condo was the perfect vacation location and is a great deal! The beach service that came with it was a treat. The views are amazing, and you can watch the dolphins daily with your morning coffee. It also had solid wifi for some necessary remote work. The owner and all the condo staff are a joy to deal with. Our family and small chocolate lab had a wonderful spring break vacation at the Dunes of Panama. The location and view was perfect. We enjoyed the beach which wasn’t very crowded even during Spring Break. The pool was warm and nice. Everything went smooth for check-in and check-out. The TV/cable and internet worked great for the kids. Overall, great place for the price and location.
