Had a great stay at Tropic Winds. Condo was clean, comfortable and quiet. All the amenities in the condo one could want. Easy beach access and very friendly beach service Really appreciate the ongoing communication prior to arrival, during the stay and clear instructions for checkout. Highly recommend!!

Had to cancel because of covid

Setting up this trip was so easy. Communications with the owner was fantastic. Payment was very easy also. BUT the best thing I did was get the insurance. We both came down with covid the week we were to drive to florida (1200 mile). We were in no shape to do that. We decided to cancel the trip. I call the owners and they helped me fill out the insurance forms to get them sent to the insurance. IF I had not bought the insurance I would of been out more the 4k dollars.

Excellent vacation stay!

This condo is gorgeous from the front door to the balcony and everything in between! It is well equiped and well decorated - very relaxing atmosphere. The owners communicate excellently - check in and check out are a breeze. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this condo unit!

We wouldn't think twice about staying in 1008 again next time we Visit Panama City

This was our first trip to Panama City. The Blue water and soft sand was so refreshing! The hospitality was Top notch and very nice! Everything we needed for our week stay. The owners were very informative and easy check in and out process. We look forward to booking again soon!

Great Stay/Low Traffic Beach

We had a great time at this location. We had 4kids with us ages 8-11. This was a perfect stay for us. Parking was a little nerve racking on the first day with our full size suv in a tight turn parking garage, but once we got used to that it was easy. The beach was great, not much foot traffic so it didnt have that stressfull overcrowded feel you get closer to all the hotels. The room itself was great. Sat on the balcony and enjoyed coffee every morning and watched the dolphins. There were beach toys already in the unit so didnt really need to bring anything for that. Kids would transfer from ocean to pool(partially covered) when it got too hot. Everything you want to get to is within 15-20mins so you can either manuvere through garage and drive yourself or get a lyft/uber for under $10 just about anywhere. Hosts were helpful, had nice recommendations, and replied quickly to any questions.

Wonderful Unit, Views and Amenities

We had an anniversary trip planned for St Lucia leaving out on July 1st, which was cancelled Sunday June 30th, due to hurricane Beryl. My husband was determined we were going somewhere. I was thinking in my mind we will never find a place this late in the game because of the holiday week (JULY 4th). We found this place and per the owner they had a last-minute cancelation, God made a way for us to have a great place and a wonderful time together. This unit was beautifully decorated and so cozy. We had everything we needed, and the views were spectacular. The amenities were excellent as well. We will be back!!!!!

Great place to relax!

This was a beautifully decorated and comfortable 2 bedroom condo! It was well furnished with everything we needed. The views were amazing from the 10th floor. The elevators were very fast. It was nice to have a designated parking space and beach chairs. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for such a great space to relax!

Amazing beach vacation with family

The place is clean and amazing! Took my wife and 3 kids for a week. Scott & Leigh Anne Knight the owners kept in contact answered all questions promptly. Kids loved the pool!! White sandy beaches and peir park had it all. Definitely recommend this place! The parking garage is a little tricky but no big deal. We had a blast!

Well Equipped

Awesome Balcony !

This was our first visit to Panama City Beach and staying at Tropic Winds .. The condo had an awesome balcony with great patio furniture and we enjoyed being so close to the ocean and seeing the sunsets each evening .. The condo met all our needs ! And Scott was an excellent host .. All info was sent on time or early and we only needed to make one phone call and that was taken care of immediately ! Everything was clean , beds were comfy and the kitchen was stocked with anything we were in need of .. We have visited several beaches and I must say this had the clearest , prettiest water .. I swam in the ocean several days while we were there which is something I had not done in several years .. And the complimentary lounge chairs/with umbrella was a treat ! We were here in July which is a busy , busy time so we had a little trouble with slower elevators and our 2nd parking spot (only on Friday) but I think that is to be expected in peak season .. We had a great week eating at the likes of sharkys , pineapple willies , gulf coast burgers and Diego’s ! Even threw in parasailing one day .. And of course a day at pier park ! It was all good and the condo had everything we needed so I highly recommend this unit for anyone looking to visit this area !

Amazing Vacation!

Condo 1008 at Tropic Winds is an excellent choice. Everything was ready and waiting for our arrival. The condo is well stocked. The balcony is a wonderful place to relax. The patio furniture was used more than the furniture in the condo. The views were beautiful. The complex was clean, and we constantly saw security, which was a plus. This condo is a keeper on our list!

Another Wonderful Stay!!!

We have stayed in almost every unit that Tropical Beach Getaways has to offer and I can say without hesitation they are all awesome!!!!This time we stayed in Unit 1008 and could not be more pleased. The unit is so clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is to die for with everything you could possibly need. The cabinets are well stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses and utensils. The cookware was brand new and they even have extra things like a crockpot, blender, Keurig coffee maker as well as a regular coffee maker. The HUGE balcony has plenty of seating including high top table and chairs to enjoy meals there and also loungers and additional seats. You will have some of the most beautiful views of the Gulf!If you are looking for a beautiful units, with gorgeous views, that are well maintained and only 2 miles from Pier Park then look no further you have found them!! Working with Scott is a breeze so give him a call today!!

Beautiful view! Best floor to see the beach & gulf with no noise

We've stayed at tropic winds 4 times & this floor was best to view the beach/gulf all at once.It was very comfortable (beds & couches) we meant to look to see the mattress brand but forgot. They have a Keurig as well as a coffee pot which was a bonus & plenty of seating on the balcony as well.Very beautifully decorated! We were offered an early check in which was nice but couldn't quite get there on time. I would definitely book this condo again!

Breathtaking

Beautiful views from large balcony with nice outdoor furniture. Loved the indoor furniture and decorations. Kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean and very welcoming. Loved having an assigned parking spot in the covered garage, and 2 chairs and umbrella on the beach. We can’t wait to go back to this unit!

The best get away location with a home feel and spectacular views!

This condo is great with all the necessities that you need for daily living as you would in your own home. The views are breathtaking. It is a little further on the west end of Panama City Beach but this is what we love the most, close to all the amenities but far enough away to not be over populated. Would highly recommend to a couple or family! definitely on our list to stay at again in the future

Another Wonderful Stay!!

We have stayed in almost all of Scott’s units and have another one booked for the end of May. You will not find anyone easier to work with than Scott!!This time we stayed in unit 1008. You can count on the pictures on his website being 100% accurate! It is beautifully furnished, immaculately clean and has a well stocked kitchen with everything you could possibly need. The bed is so comfortable and the views even from the bedroom is wonderful. Not to mention the sunset views from the huge balcony cannot be beat!!Scott is so easy to work with and will immediately respond to any questions you may have. Every single one of his units is top notch and you will not be disappointed!! We cannot wait to get back to PCB in May!!

Tropic Winds 1008

We absolutely loved the place. Spacious and modern with a great view of the gulf. The location is just outside the rat race of Panama City Beach proper but still close enough. The beach was great as well. We couldn’t have been more pleased and we will be back.

We had a week of beautiful weather in Oct. the condos were good not excellent burnt pans Which are somewhat expected when there rentals. I would definitely stay there again . I like the Location and that u get free service on chairs on the beach!overall our stay was great!!

Beautiful view.

This condo made us feel like we were on a cruise. The view of the water and listening to the waves crash were my favorite highlights.We did not utilize the pool, hot tub, or grilling area, but did check them out. The pool was small with limited deck area. The beach was clean and easily accessible.The condo was nice inside with quality furniture. The balcony furniture was nice and sturdy.The only thing we were disappointed about was the selection of dining amenities within walking distance from condo. Choices were limited. There was also construction going on next door, so generator noises were loud and continuous during the day.
