1200 sq. ft. Lovely beachside 2 BR / 2 BA condo with full kitchen and large balcony, only 2 blocks to the ocean. The elegant kitchen is fully equipped with SS appliances and granite counters and has a bar that opens to the LR. Both bedrooms have a queen bed, wall mounted TV and private bath. The living area boasts a 50" TV, leather sofa and large desk with office chair. There is a W/D in the unit and also a small dining table. The 2nd floor balcony is tiled and has a table with 4 chairs. Beach chairs, towels, coolers are provided during your stay and I even provide beach bikes and a surfboard with no charge at your request.

The condo is in a Great area of Jax Beach and close to everything the beach has to offer. It is a a very short, beautiful walk to the beach.
Sorry there is no elevator so the building is not handicap accessible.
Surfboard and beach bikes are complimentary with your stay so just request them and of course, use at your own risk.
Smoking is allowed on the balcony

Jacksonville Beach is a very wide, flat, beautiful beach in a very casual area and the condo is walking distance to several nice bars, shops and restaurants. It is also near Mayo clinic and only 25 minutes away from the downtown Jacksonville Riverwalk and Football Stadium.
The Seawalk Pavilion (oceanfront concert / festival venue) and several nice shops, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance

Very nice, clean, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Perfect location as only 3 minute walk to/from the beach. Well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. We enjoyed the beach bikes and the beach chairs put out for our use. Steve is a very approachable and accommodating host. This condo was a great place for a little R & R and within walking distance to restaurants, the grocery store and the Jax pier. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed a month at the Pier House, Unit D. Appreciated dealing with Steve who was accommodating to the point of helping to carry our "stuff" up the stairs. We found Jax Beach to be a very friendly place, easy to access everything we needed.

The condo is about a 3 minute walk to the beach and you can have your toes in the sand within 5 minutes
