Beautiful beach home. located between the intercoastal and the beach.Professionally decorated. We supply all bedding, towels, cookware, and some beach chairs. Lots of Parking. A very short walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. newly updated kitchen with granite countertops, hardwood floors, 2 full bathrooms, Huge master suite, carport, Large back yard with a large screened inclosed paver patio room and all that Deerfield Beach has to offer. Bedroom 1 has a king, bedroom 2 has a queen, and bedroom 3 has a bunk bed with full on the bottom and twin up top. offers: wireless Internet, 2 large flat screen TV's. stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer. Carport and large paver driveway with plenty of off street parking. Have Kids? you can have them play in the back yard, cant do that in a condo.. Familys welcome. Must be 28 years or older to rent. About the owner: My family and I have been going to Deerfield for 20+ years, originally from NJ and moved to South Florida 4 years ago and love it. Were happy to be able to have others visit and experience our incredible location.

Why this property? The best location you can stay at the beach. A single home with a yard to stretch out, or just a short walk to a bunch of incredible restaurants, bars or the beach.

As advertised, 2 blocks from the beach! Even my elderly mother could make the walk. House was clean with a beautiful screened patio and lovely manicured yard. Easy access to everything - Close enough to the interstate to not be inconvenient, and super close to the beach. Dan, the owner, was very attentive if we had questions or needed anything, and he even checked on us during the middle of our stay to be sure all was well. This was our first VRBO experience, and I'm sure we'll use it again. My only suggestion for this property would be to add a few items to the kitchen, and maybe a couple of additional towels. We had 5 adults staying, and there were only 4 coffee mugs and 4 bowls, but plenty of everything else. Great space in the bedrooms. We were in town for a wedding, and had many guests stopping by while we were there, and everyone commented how nice the house was and how fantastic the location was!

All 5 of us had a great time at the beach. Dan was a great host and was very responsive with any of our questions. Super clean and comfortable. The area was great, close to everything.


Nov 2019

This place was great. It was clean, with great furniture, kitchen appliances, granite counters, a supply of beach chairs and a cooler. If you have little ones Dan will supply you with a couple strollers and a pack and play. There is a washer and dryer to do laundry so you don’t have to pack as much clothes. The house is just down the street from a 7-11, a small grocery store, gift shops, an abundance of restaurants, and of course the beach. The screened in patio and back yard were nice to sit in the morning and have coffee, and let the kids run around. There’s also a coconut tree with a pointy rock to challenge your kids to get one of the coconuts that drop opened up. We’ll be back for sure.

IDEAL SETTING

We stayed at 3249 10th st Pompano Beach. Four adults for 1 week. Dan's house was excellent, clean, quiet and modern. Very short walk to the beautiful beach that was not over crowded. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to travelers looking for relaxation and summer like weather. Walt and Mary

Had a good experience

This house was great for our needs. It was spotless when we arrived. The furniture is all updated and clean. The kitchen was large but sparse with what we needed to cook. For example the coffee pot only makes 2 cups of coffee. There was no grill provided. We had to buy our own beach chairs and umbrellas and we left them for the next renters. It was a 3 minute drive to the beach. Also…there were no hangers to hang our clothes. That was a bummer as we were there for over 2 weeks and couldn’t hang anything. The pool was great and very clean. Overall it was great besides those couple of things. I would rent here again

fantastic stay

Great location, easy walking distance to beach and restaurants, yet still on a quiet block. The enclosed patio in the back was a plus -- in November's pleasant temperatures and low humidity we spent most of our home time there. Dan is an awesome host: always quick responses, assisted us on a couple of one-offs, true to his word. We will come back.
