House was updated before we got there. Better than the online pics! Very comfortable. Owners thought of just about everything and had great taste with the renovations. Place was quiet & in a convenient proximity to beach, restaurants, entertainment, golf & shopping. Would definitely return and have recommended to friends.

Laurie K.Beautiful house but needs a bit of TLC
This house is wonderfully decorated and would accommodate 6 very easily. Spacious living and dining rooms. It has a huge master bedroom and full bath on one side of the house and 2 smaller bedrooms on the other side. These two bedrooms are still quite roomy and have lots of closet and dresser space. Fenced in back yard was very convenient for our Cavalier King Charles spaniel and of course the price was great. We would have given it 5 stars had it not been for the issues we had with the air conditioning not working properly. Owner tried to have it repaired but it continued to fail. Once fixed this will be a great vacation home and I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the Largo area.

Tina S.The Perfect Vacation Rental
The home we rented in Largo Florida was perfect. It accommodated all our needs. We have perfect backyard setting to grill out with screened porch area. The home is located in quiet neighborhood. Roughly 4 miles to the beaches. I enjoyed the privacy we had at the home versus hotel/motel stays. It was nice to have equipped kitchen so we could cook instead of eating out.I would recommend this rental home to anyone in the area. I will definitely use this rental again. It also allowed us to bring our dog which was huge to us.
