2300 sq. ft. Welcome to our fully furnished and spacious Marco Island home! Our kitchen is fully equipped to accommodate you and your family. Entertaining is easy with the open floor plan and large screened lanai with private heated pool and BBQ grill. Decorated with lovely furnishings and four flat screen televisions, our home can be your home. We are minutes from the beautiful Marco beaches, shops, restaurants, and not to forget, the ice cream parlor! Relax at the pool or on the dock and enjoy the water view.
Our home has a master suite with king size bed, walk-through his and her showers, and separate bathtub. Second and third bedrooms have queen size beds, and the fourth bedroom has twin beds. The den has a desk and a built-in queen Murphy bed, so our home can easily accommodate a large family or many friends. Note: Maximum number of guests is 10 (including visitors).
We have six bicycles and several fishing poles, as well as beach chairs and gear, all available to help make your stay enjoyable! (Please note that the bicycles and fishing poles are very popular with our guests. We strive to always have them in working order, but we cannot guarantee they always will be.)

Nice home with quick access to beaches, groceries, and restaurants. Pool area is shaded most of the day. Limited poolside seating for sun. Overall, the home has everything you would need to experience the Marco area. Offered coolers, rafts, bikes. For us even had a crib!

Amazing rental. Can not say enough great things. Lots of space, owners were amazing. Biked to the beaches with their bikes, rented kayaks for the week like owner suggested. Did not disappoint. Had dolphins swim by us for awhile, fishing was amazing, loved it! Thanks again Dawn.

This house was wonderful! The location was quiet and beautiful. Close to a few grocery stores. Equipoise with everything you could need! Beach chairs, towels, ample amount of supplies: dish detergent, laundry soap etc would highly recommend and hope to book again.

We enjoyed our stay here at Marco Island. The house was beautifully decorated, very roomie, and very clean. We enjoyed using the bikes provided and the pool was a highlight. Despites the unplanned change of red tide at the beaches we had a great time. Would definitely recommend

We stayed Thanksgiving week in Dawn and Joe's beautiful home. Everything was perfect! The master bed was so comfy I took the linens off just to see what brand it was! I will definitely stay here again! This house is perfect for couples or families with plenty of room for everyone. Thanks!!

It is only about a 7-minute drive over to the beach access point. We sometimes will ride the bikes!
Yes. We have fishing poles available for our guests to use. The best time for fishing is before high tide!
Of course. There are cleats on the dock for tying up. Depending on the length of time you want to tie up the boat, there are rules about location of the tied-up boat. Consult the owner for specifics.
