Place was clean and as advertised. Pictures are an accurate representation of how the place looked. The property manager will easy to work with and returned text messages usually within an hour or two. I would recommend the place to anyone.

Location. Location. Location. ON the beach and close proximity to everything though you don’t really need to leave to have a most excellent beach experience. Sunrises over the water from the lanai are out of this world. Different every morning. Pictures are right on - no surprises. Unit is equipped with everything you could possibly need.

This is such a great place to stay! The pictures of the balcony and views do not do it justice, it is wonderful. The unit is quite large and very well appointed. Much more storage space than you normally get with rental units. Very clean. Super close to the beach. The only issue we had was that you need a key to get on and off the beach and into the pool rather than a code, but this is resort wide, not just for this unit. Jill was great to work with, so nice to deal with someone directly than some random person taking your call that may not even be in the area. Would definitely use this again.

We stayed here after a Disney trip to unwind! We brought a 19 and 21 year old. We absolutely loved it here! Jill is wonderful to work with and stocks everything you need to get you on the beach!!! She had beach towels, beach toys and lots of things we normally have to buy such as laundry detergent and toiletries. The kids loved the views and we all enjoyed getting in the ocean. At night you can see the moon right from the huge and amazing balcony. We played card games at night ( she supplies that too!) and we enjoyed trying the restaurants close by. I loved the lobster rolls at Jazzy’s mainly lobsters and the pizza from papa vitos! The kids rented bikes as well. I can’t thank Jill enough for her hospitality and her stunning place to stay. Well worth it. — I forgot to mention the washer broke and Jill replaced it quicker than I could have ever done at home!! She went above and beyond.

The location was great. Beach very nice and balcony very inviting! A little old Hollywood with all the mirrors inside. The corbels sort of overdone maybe and a lot of Tiffany style lighting in the main living area. Would have liked reclining sofas or chairs in living area and less fake plants, but that is just personal taste. The condo was nice and roomy and we loved the view. And that is what we were there for. Couldn't find carts to take stuff up to room. Also elevator a ways from condo. But that may be necessary to get the ocean frontage. Very nice for the 6 of us. Would definitely stay again. Jill was very accommodating with a special situation we had on the way there. Very nice to deal with which makes everything better! Come stay in this roomy and we'll stocked condo with a huge oceanfront balcony!

Once again we all had a fabulous time at the condo and at the beach!!! As promised, everything had been sanitized and was clean! There is nothing better than listening to the ocean at night and looking out at it by day!! We have vacationed at Sandcastles for the last several years and the only disappointment this summer was the pool...I understand that certain changes had to be made due to COVID-19, but the neighboring pools were not limited to a certain number of guests and time constraints...Will we vacation here again in the very near future? ABSOLUTELY
