About the owner: The owner will welcome you and explain everything about the property and the local attractions. We are close to State Mayaka Park where you can go boating and fishing and see the birds sanctuary. For bikers there is miles of beautiful bike paths and beautiful scenery by the water way. If you love manatee you can see them spending the winter here. Good seafood restaurants are near by.

We needed a place to stay until our house was built. We stayed in the 2 bedroom, 2 bath side of the duplex. The house was very clean and there was plenty of room for the 3 of us. Marianna is so sweet and was a pleasure to deal with.

Wanted to write this prior to departing in a few days. Total home away from home with everything and more. Amenities are plentiful, location is close to shopping centers, restaurants, golf courses and beaches. Owners are very helpful and take extraordinary steps to ensure your stay is both pleasant and enjoyable offering their time whenever needed to make sure you have anything you need. Would highly recommend for either short term or long-term rental. Home is very clean with all towels, bedding and linens provided.

Wanted to express my satisfaction prior to departure on a wonderful stay. Home was furnished with everything required in a vacation home away from home. Amenities were plentiful and the entire stay was seamless from the initial welcome from the property owner until the present time prior to my departure. Would highly recommend for either short term or long-term stay. Very centrally located too numerous golf courses, restaurants, shopping malls as well as strip malls and beaches. Very apparent property owners care about their tenants as evidenced by the occasional correspondence to be sure everything is satisfactory.

The house was pretty, very clean and functional. The neighborhood was quiet. A perfect area out back to sit for morning coffee, complete with a jungle of trees,vines and flowers. The owners were quick to handle any needs or wants. They offered useful information about the area. Gave us a gallon jar of raw fermented cucumbers, (made by Marianna)!And bonus, they had lots of sports channels on cable, including Tennis!!! The location was perfect for us, and a lovely friendship was formed.Thank you Marianna and Mike.
