This is a Villa, outside Ft Myers, which was a model with 3 beds, 2 baths, 2 car garage and directly across the street from the Activities Building. It is one level living with an open floor plan. More importantly it is located in a newer secure gated community, named THE LINDSFORD PLAN. You cannot beat the convenient location 15 minutes from the RSW Airport, in suburban Ft Myers and just off Colonial Blvd and Winkler.. And folks it's close to all types of shopping, eating establishments and at least 6 beach areas.

The private Lindsford Activities Building is located a stones throw from the Villa. Inside there is clean modern air conditioned recreation center, with a large fitness center, kitchen, library, kids playroom, restrooms and get together lounge. Outside there is a beautiful resort style pool, basketball hoops, tennis courts, bocce courts, playground, fishing piers, organized game/activities, and so much more.

The Villa is really gorgeous with all modern furniture. The Villa has crown moldings throughout the home and wains coating, a subway backsplash and it's nicely equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen. Very tastefully decorated. The kitchen is fully stocked with electric stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and disposal. Likewise it has all small appliances from Keurig coffee maker mixer, blender, air fryer, griddle, crock pot, roaster, with all plates, pots/pans, glassware, utensils and cookware. It has it all.Just like home..and that's no hype.

A water softener makes everything smell and feel great and there is a private laundry in the Villa with a washer and dryer, ironing board, and iron.

We have all Queen size beds. The Master Bedroom has an ample walk in closet, space for clothes, double sink and huge glass door shower. The second bedroom has more closet space and a smart TV, and is just steps from the 2nd bath. Overhead fans and custom blinds enrich the modern look of the Villa. Sheets, pillow cases, towels and wash cloths are all here...

The Living room has a big screen smart TV, comfortable furniture and even a motorized recliner. There are 2 tall racks of movies, games, CD player, and a separate desk area with computer, large monitor and color printer.

A beautiful partial view of the private lake and fountain are yours from the furnished Lanai. There is seating for 5, including comfortable seating. Can you feel the soft wind?

There is a two car garage with 2 sets of golf clubs, 4 beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, coolers, water toys, bocce balls, basketball, football, tennis equipment, fishing equipment, electric portable grill and much more. Additional spaces on the driveway are available too.

There are several local beaches closely located to the Villa..Fort Myers, Sanibel, Cape Coral, Marco Is. Bonita Springs and Bowditch. Shopping Malls, golf courses and restaurants are too many to list. There are two major league baseball training camps nearby, the Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins. Visit the Edison and Ford Estates, boat and fishing tours, park and science center tours as well.

Attractions Within Walking Distance

The pool, fitness center, basketball courts, tennis courts, fishing pier, bocce courts and kids playground are 30 seconds away! There are walking sidewalks throughout the plan AND biking..this will make you happy.

The plan is quiet and secure. The Villa sits back nearly a mile from the main entrance...The sound of fountains and the many ponds are breath taking.
