This beach front condo is absolutely perfect. The unit was literally 20 steps from the sand. It was so convenient being on the first floor and able to go back and forth between the condo, pool, and ocean. Elena was wonderful to work with. She has really thought of everything from a fully stocked kitchen, linen closet/bathroom essentials, beach gear, and toys. The unit was spotless, updated/modern, and cozy. This is also one of the only units that has laundry in unit which is super convenient. The owners were really easy to communicate with. I definitely recommend this place !

My family thoroughly enjoyed this beach front condo which had every amenity you could think of—-games, books, puzzles for rainy days along with lots of varied kitchenware, tons of outdoor toys/beach chairs and even a washer/dryer in the unit to help minimize the need for bringing lots of clothing. Being on the ground floor meant that there was no need to climb stairs and it also provided easy access to the enclosed pool area. The condo was extremely clean and most comfortable. One of the best perks is that this condo is on the “No Drive” section of the beach which means that the kids can play safely in the sand. Elena and Tony (the owners) are most responsive to email questions and concerns. This is truly a wonderful place to stay!

This was our second year in a row and next year is booked for us as well. That is how much our family of 5 loves NSB and this Condo! Being on the ground floor makes it so convenient especially with a busy little one and all those sand toys, chairs ect and back and forth from the beach to the pool. And all those things are provided by the owner! Also extra linens, pillows, blankets the kitchen she keeps stocked with spices, everything you may need to cook your food in. But this town also has so many great restaurants! I also do dinner pick ups and eat at the condo you can eat at the dinning room table with the view of the ocean or out on the terrace/ lounge area where there are tables by the lawn chairs. The owner Elena is wonderful to book through! This condo is so relaxing and cozy with beautiful views.
