Our home boasts peaceful water views at the back with no rear neighbours plus the front is situated across from open countryside.
The villa has also been professionally decorated to give an executive yet comfortable feel throughout.
With two floors, four bedrooms, and three and a half baths, your party will be able to enjoy time together both inside and outside but also have privacy when needed. The villa sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably.
The villa has an open lounge area with a comfortable large sofa and chairs. A nice 55" LED TV with cable and a Roku device for all your streaming.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. You will also find a coffee maker, blender, mixer, kettle, toaster, complete tableware for 16 people, and much more. Modern granite countertops and a breakfast bar make this a great place to have your morning coffee.
There is a more formal dining table with 6 chairs is another great option for sitting down together. There is direct access to the pool and deck space from here.
There is a private pool that is not overlooked at the back. A lovely place to enjoy outdoor dining and drinks by the pool side. There are sufficient loungers to relax on and enjoy the Florida sunshine. The terrace is partially covered so you can move into the shade during the hottest parts of the day and the pool is surrounded by a screened in lanai. There is also a pool safety fence .
There are 4 bedrooms all on the upper floor.
Each bedroom has a 32 "LED TV with Roku for streaming, clock radio and ceiling fans.
Ensuite 1 is equipped with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom
Ensuite 2 is equipped with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 3 features 2 single beds
Bedroom 4 features 2 single beds (bedrooms 3 and 4 share a bathroom)
NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed within the villa.

A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental.
The garage has been converted into a games room for the whole family to enjoy. It features a pool table, foosball, and air hockey supplying hours of fun for adults and kids alike.
A full-size gas BBQ is available for an additional cost.
Baby equipment is also available; we have a pack and play and a highchair.
The gated community of Veranda Palms is one of the newest resort communities in the Orlando area and amenities include a gym, communal swimming pool with slides and splash zone, kids’ playground area, lakes, biking trails, volleyball and basketball court and walking paths.
Only 5 minutes away there are several supermarkets, restaurants and stores of all kinds.
Veranda Palms is also ideally located for local attractions and activities including but not limited to: Disney's Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Typhoon Lagoon, Epcot, Disney Springs, Universal Studios all within 15-20 minutes’ drive.
By driving 1.5 hours to the West Coast of Florida there is St. Petersburg where you can experience some of the most amazing beaches Florida has to offer, and in Tampa you can find Busch Gardens, the Florida Aquarium plus more amazing beaches in Clearwater.
NASA’s Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa Beach is on Florida’s East Coast about 1 hour’s drive from the villa.

The mattresses and blankets were fantastic. Everything was very clean, and I loved the themed rooms. The pool was great too, with floats and towels for everyone. The only thing I think could have been improved would have been some coffee for guests. Would recommend and would stay again.

David T.Great home away from home
This villa was extremely nice and fit our needs perfectly. The ranch style with all the bedrooms on the ground level was greatly appreciated. The outside pool patio was very relaxing and we used it for many hours. It had plenty of comfortable seating. The pool was very nice, but unfortunately too cold to swim. However, the community pool was comfortably heated with adequate seating with full sun or shade depending on our preference. We would have liked to heat the private pool at the villa, but the daily fee just seemed to high. All in all, nicest place we have experienced in the past three years we have spent in the Kissimmee area. The entire community was very clean, quiet and close to lots of entertainment and food options. Definitely would consider staying here again in the future. Thanks for sharing your villa with us.

We are just back from a 2 week stay and had a fantastic time. My daughter absolutely loved the swimming pool. The fact that it is a gated community gives you the element of safety. It is so convenient for Disney/universal and lots of different restaurants. Would love to return

Lisa D.Wonderful Family Holiday Home
When we booked this house we had very low expectations. Those were blown away just setting foot in the house. We had plenty of space, the home was very clean and very cozy. Despite the traps under the sinks, never saw a bug or any other pest. The home had all items necessary for a family. Pack n Play, high chair, extra cot, lots of linens and towels. The only complaint in the kitchen was a lack of large serving bowls, but there were plenty of pots, pans, serving utensils, baking tools, even a mini processor and emulsion blender! Location was minutes from a Wawa, Walmart and Target and (minus traffic) very close to Disney and Universal. Neighborhood was very quiet and nice. Having access to an empty 2 car garage was also a huge benefit. We would love to rent this home again as it now feels like a home away from home for our family.

Rented this house in Lake Berkley for a vacation that was well needed. Came down with my husband and 2 friends. We had so much fun. House was just what we expected. It was close to everywhere we wanted too go. We loved using the pool. We will certainly be back in the future if not this house the a different one in Lake Berkley.

This house was very nice and worked out very well for our family. It was clean, well decorated and equipped, and laid out perfectly for our family. Our granddaughters loved the pool! And it was a short drive to the Dianey parks.
