A beautiful 2 story 7500 sf home on the Myakka River that is suitable for a large family gathering, multiple families or couples to share or a corporate retreat. This home is in a very quiet area but is close to everything. This home offers a huge Master Suite, 2 ensuites and 2 more bedrooms that share a Jack n Jill bath. There are 3 sitting rooms, a home theater room, a large kitchen, tennis court, a pool with a hot tub and a large garage. This home has a 300-foot pier that extends into the Myakka River. If you don't have your own boat you can rent one a mile down the river.

The pool heater only operates when the pool pump is running which is typically 9 AM to 9PM.
Pool heaters are typically Heat Pumps.  Heat pumps only heat the water flowing through them to about 15 degrees above the current air temperature.
