Beyond Expectations

What a beautiful, clean, completely stocked condo! It's exactly as advertised in the pictures and exceeded our expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach and pool. There are beach towels, toys, floaties and chairs for you to use! We saw manatees and dolphins from the balcony. Samantha was a joy to communicate with and sends clear directions. Thank you for sharing your slice of Heaven with us!!! Absolutely loved it.

Beyond Expectations

This condo was exactly as shown! It was so clean and bright with a beautiful view. The condo includes everything you could possibly need including beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys and floaties. Samantha was excellent and accurate with prompt communications. We loved the condo so much, we were lucky to extend our stay! We saw dolphins and manatees in the ocean from the balcony and had a blast swimming in the ocean and pool. There are tons of restaurants, ice cream places and stores within walking distance. We would HIGHLY recommend!

Great stay

Our spring break at Seabreeze was great! The view from the condo was fantastic, the interior was clean and the owners were very easy to work with. Caddy’s Madeira and John’s pass was just a short walk away. The pool was always crowded but there was plenty room on the beach to play and relax. The condo had everything we needed including beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys.

Amazing Oceanfront condo.

We stayed at the Seabreeze 606. It was a great location and the views were amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. Along with amenities for the beach. All you need is your bathing suit and a toothbrush. We will definitely recommend this wonderful condo.

Wonderful condo-but one problem

The condo was great. Clean, well furnished and supplied, fabulous view, great beach. The lessor is very good. There is only one thing that went wrong and it is out of the owners control. There is only one elevator and it is frequently down. I heard many saying it happens all the time and it did happen often during our stay. I was with my mother and two other 80 year olds, so it was an issue. I could handle it, but they couldn't. One night we couldn't go to dinner, and the next day the ladies were afraid to go down for fear it would be broken to get up later in the day, so they were elevator hostages. This is a problem with the condo management company/HOA, not the condo owner. If you can handle 6 flights of stairs in necessary (and it will be at some point), you should totally stay here. If physically challenged, keep looking.

Outstanding stay!

Our stay at Sea Breeze #606 was outstanding! Having stayed at many vacation rentals, we can say that this was at the top on our list. The condo was uncluttered yet tastefully decorated and well supplied. I especially appreciated the well stocked kitchen. Nothing was missing that we needed there. The bedrooms were so comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean and nicely updated with plenty of hot water. The living room was also very comfy, and the panoramic views through the sliding doors and deck were gorgeous with beautiful sunsets and ocean views, dolphins, sea birds and night skies. Internet provided was very good and big screen smart TV's supplied some downtime entertainment. The grounds are were well kept and clean and the pool and Jacuzzi were well used and enjoyed by all. As always, the beach was lovely and clean and we made some sand castle kingdoms there, thanks to the sand toys, beach chairs, cooler and beach towels provided. It was these kinds of touches that made this stay outstanding, We love the area, so accessible to great restaurants, fishing, entertainment and shopping, and we always try to stay there when traveling to Pinellas County to visit family members and old friends. Thank you so much to the Frandjis for making our stay great, including the prompt and helpful communication. It is our desire to return and stay there again on our next trip down.

We had a goodtime staying with you. The condo was very clean and updated. We loved being right on the beach where you could just sit on balcony and watch the sunset. We walked the beach every night and even seen the dolphins one night.

Great vacation

The condo was perfect. Our hosts were accessible and always responded back to us right away. We had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Very clean, had use of beach chairs & beach towels, bathrooms and bedrooms clean and the kitchen had all the basics needed. My only complaint about would be this complex has just one elevator and it is very slow. Other than that, our stay was just wonderful. The location is great, within walking distance of John’s pass and so many restaurants. There is also a grocery store within a few miles. Highly recommend this rental!

Awesome Condo

Carmen, Thanks for sharing your wonderful, clean condo. My daughter and I enjoyed it immensely. The beautiful beach and view from patio is Amazing. Johns Pass is so close you can walk along the beach to it. Seeing Dolphins and beautiful sunset added so much to our vacation. I plan on coming back next year. Perfect condo in the perfect location

We just returned from an amazing week in Madeira Beach and were lucky to be able to stay in this beautiful condo! One of the nicest condos we have stayed in; very clean, well stocked with all the basics, plus beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella! The owners are very easy to communicate with. The beachfront location provided for amazing sunsets. The condo building has a great pool and large hot tub. We hope to return again!

We just spent a wonderful week in this condo and it exceeded our expectations. Condo is clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. We really loved it!The area is fantastic as well. Beach is beautiful, took great walks along it every day. Short walk to Johns Pass. Plenty to do, wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful!

Best things about the condo: 2 bed, 2 bath, remodeled. Plenty of space. Beautiful balcony. Full ocean views. Great location. Great communication and wonderful hosts. Nice pool and hot tub.Only thing we would change is the beds in the master - strangely noisy/loud whenever a person rolled over.Overall it was great!

Bright Clean and Comfortable

Perfect view! Excellent access to beach and local amenities.

The perfect 2 week vacation. The condo was very clean and amenities included were all that was needed. Balcony faced directly towards evening sunset. We enjoyed great food, shopping and local beach hangouts for an evening cocktail. We left brochures of things to do near guest sign-in book. Will visit again!

Vacation 12/29/19 to 1/5/20

The condo was very nice we enjoyed are stay very much. Perfect beach location. Nicely equipped. We arrived early cleaning company was still there. They were very nice to let us store our luggage in the closet until we could get in. There was a issue with the toilet and it was fixed the next morning. The owners are very prompt with returning the security deposit.The only negative was no grab bar in the master shower. Our stay for New Years was excellent. Thank you both. Sandy Miller

Madiera Beach Fantastic View

Madeira Beach is a great location. LOTS of restaurants within walking distance of the condo. A 7/11 right across the street for early morning donuts.The location of the condo is right on the beach. The amenities were excellent. This is one of the cleanest condos we've rented.Carmem was very responsive throughout the entire process. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Amazing Condo on the Beach

My family stayed in Carmem and JC’s condo for a week in April and it was by far the nicest condo we have rented in this area in many years. Besides an amazing location right on the beach, the unit is completely renovated and upgraded and in pristine condition. Everything you need they have! Towels, beach toys, pool noodles, beach chairs and umbrellas - I was shocked. Our four year old daughter was in heaven and the entire building has a lovely mix of people - all ages. The amenities are perfect and the grounds are kept very clean. Only problem we had was not staying long enough! We can’t wait to come back. Also, Carmem and Jc were extremely professional and so easy to deal with during the entire rental and payment process. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay in this unit during our visit to Madeira Beach. Carmen was wonderful to communicate with from first time I inquired about the condo. The condo was newly updated. It was clean and uncluttered. I felt right at home the minute we arrived. The beach outside the unit was large with plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen is well stocked and the unit has plenty of beach equipment. The condo also has beach towels. You just need food and condiments. Also, laundry is onsite but not in the unit. The condo is also within walking distance to several restaurants. We really enjoyed a week in this unit.Thanks for your hospitality Carmem!

Very nice condo positioned beutifully right on the beach.

This is a well appointed modern and clean condo. No issues at all with it during our stay. The grounds are well kept with adequate parking and it has a nice pool and hot tub. It literally walks right out to the sand from the pool area. The beach is fine, white, soft sand, friendly on the feet! Beautiful view out of the balcony of the gulf with great sunsets. 7 Eleven right across the street for convenience and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants (St. John's Pass). The owners are very nice and were easy to work with. The one issue with the whole package is the elevator which is quite slow in all regards. Beside that we enjoyed it very much!

Outstanding stay at Sea Breeze condo #606

This is the second year we have stayed at this condo. It is in excellent condition with an incredible view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. Sunsets are unbelievable. All you need are your clothes - the rest is provided. The pool and spa are within a few yards of the condo building and are very clean. The are many places to explore and the selection of restaurants will suit any taste and price range. We have enjoyed this condo so much that we have booked it for the first week of March in 2020.

Beautiful View and Condo! A MUST stay!!

For anyone looking to have an amazing view of Maderia Beach sunsets and a beautiful condo to stay in....look no further! This is your spot!From start to finish...for us booking this place, it was nothing but amazing! The owners were great to deal with (because I had some issues with Canada Post and items not getting to them on time), communication was fantastic and the condo itself was nothing shy of making you feel like you were at home!As well, one other thing that we noticed during our stay was the fact that even around the condo grounds, they were always doing an amazing job keeping it clean!I HIGHLY recommend this place!! We will definitely be looking to stay here next time!!

Condo Home away from Home in Madeira Beach

I can't wait to come back to this 6th floor lovely condo with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. This apartment was renovated recently after we booked it so that was a great surprise. New kitchen and clean new flooring added to all of the other benefits including master bedroom with ocean views, onsuite bath, second bedroom and bathroom. Also there was everything you needed to pack a cooler with chairs and umbrella and head to the beach for the afternoon. We had a small issue with the master shower but it was dealt with promptly by the owners who were amazing to deal with from our first inquiry to our check out. I only hope they have us back in the future.

Perfect for beach or pool lovers

Perfect for the entire family. Some of our family enjoyed staying by the pool while the rest wanted to be on the beach. This condo provided private access to both. The boys played in the waves with boogie boards, a frisbee and a water-friendly football from the condo closet. We especially liked the ocean view from the balcony where we sat with our family and friends - it was a perfect way to start and end our days. The condo was very clean and well-appointed. It was a nice surprise when we found out the owner provided beach towels too. The condo is located close to John’s Pass for shopping, dining and a hands-on alligator experience. The dining area was large enough to accommodate six for dinner easily. We will definitely go back in the future.

Second Time Around

This was our second visit to Madeira Beach and our second time renting this condo. It is a lovely place to stay. Great views from your balcony to enjoy the dolphins. We stayed here 3 years ago and will continue to come here as long as Carmen will have us. There is plenty of space. No real complaints per se. I would like to be able to have the air a little cooler in the condo, 74 is warm for me. On the other hand my daughter looked for spare blankets, lol. It is well maintained and the grounds are beautiful too.

Exceeded expectations

My husband and I stayed here last week. It was our first time to the area and we weren’t sure what to expect. The condo was nicer than the photos suggested. There was plenty of space to spread out and feel comfortable. It was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The balcony view is amazing! We discovered plenty of places to eat and shop within walking distance. The 7 Eleven across the street was very convenient. The elevator (there is only one on property) was quite slow, but there was two clean stairwells that offered a great workout! Carmen was wonderful to work with.

Everything about this rental was outstandingly good

From booking, to the entire stay, our vacation rental was first class. The condo was clean, attractive and the support and welcome from the owners was attentive and supportive. The large heated pool and hot tub, the views of the gulf and the sunsets were very special. Met neighbours who returned to Sea Breeze over 15 years who made us feel part of the group. We have booked again for next year.

We have stayed at this condo several times now, and it never disappoints! Carmem & JC always makes sure that everything is perfect, and the condo is always spotless and ready to go upon arrival! The location is absolutely perfect being so close to John’s Pass and right on the beach. Every single morning we drink our coffee and on the balcony and watch the dolphins play. It truly is a little piece of heaven! We have been to several places in Florida and this condo and area is by far our favorite!
