The Holiday Villas III has construction going on at this time,. So you may experience some noise during the working hours. at this time, they are working on the three stack which is directly over the pool area. I am told that because of this, the pool will be possibly closed Monday through Friday during the working hours, which are 8 AM to 4 PM. This stack over the pool area will probably not be finished until June 2026. Luckily my unit was done first, so my balcony is new and beautiful and has a great view of the gulf.

Our Holiday Villas III vacation condo rental, is located on Gulf Blvd., directly on the beach, in beautiful Indian Shores, Florida. We invite you to relax by our beachfront heated pool, play shuffleboard, beach volleyball, cook-out at the BBQ, or just watch the beautiful sunsets from the large private gulf front balcony, of our two bedroom, two full bath condo. We have one full size bed, and one twin bed in the guest room, and a king size bed in the master bedroom with a private bath & it's own TV.
In the living/dining area you can watch a movie on the 50" HDTV, make use of the CD player, or connect your laptop to our complimentary WIFI connection. You can keep in touch with family and friends back home, with the free long distance telephone (US & Canada). The kitchen is fully equipped with all the conveniences of home. There are coin operated washer/dryer conveniently located on each floor in the building, just in case you decide to stay longer....
You can bring your own boat, or rent one from nearby, and dock it at our private dock, next to our private fishing pier.
Close by are bike rentals bike trails fishing, Para sailing, sightseeing, boats, dinner cruises, casino and Johns' Pass. The trolley stop is right in front of the building, where our can get a ride to go north to Clearwater, or south to St Pete Beach, getting off and on, at the many miles of beach, shops, restaurants, and more, or just enjoying the ride looking at the beautiful scenery. No need to rent a car.
I'm sure you will not be disappointed with the small town feeling and beautiful sunsets if you rent this condo.
Indian Shores is a small town 7 miles south of the Clearwater bridge, and about 30 minutes from the Tampa airport.

Beautiful well appointed unit. Exterior of Building is being renovated, the construction was not a problem. Couldn't use the balcony, but the beach and pool were wonderful. Kitchen is very well supplied with a great view of the Gulf. Bed was very comfortable, noise level very low. Lots of shopping nearby. Can't wait to stay here again.

We had a wonderful time! Our place was spacious and beautifully decorated. Gorgeous view out the patio. Pool was heated and easy walk out beach access which was exactly what we were looking for! Would love to return!!

Our two adult and two children family just returned from a two week stay in Holliday Willa. This condo was perfect for everything. We feel like we were very well come and comfortable. The condo was stocked with everything we could possible need, located in an amazing location, with a great beach and pool. Even much better, than the pictures and what we could have hoped for. We will definitely love to return.

I really enjoyed our week at this condo rental! Very clean and if we had any questions, they were answered quickly! Was a real treat to be right by the beach and also to have a heated pool on the cooler days!

We had a wonderful time. The condo freshly remodeled was absolutely gorgeous. The facility was clean and the beach was spectacular. Mrs. Boyd was so helpful and knowledgeable about the local amenities and answered all of our questions. We had such a wonderful time my husband and I are going to book for next year and take the whole family. Couldn’t ask for a better place to vacation. 5 stars!!!!
