My experience renting this lovely condo situated within the gated community of the New Atlantis Club in Largo FL was a very positive one. And thankfully it was, b/c my rental agreement was for 3+ months. The condo owner was very warm , welcoming and very helpful…she not only showed me around her condo but she also provided me with a valuable information package & tour of the well maintained NAC property. Not only did her condo come with everything you would need for your stay but the owner was always “reachable” and, there for you if you should have any questions or concerns. The condo building was situated in the middle of the NAC property so that you had easy access to the Clubhouse , the 2 pools, hot tub, the Intracoastal, shuffle board, tennis & pickleball courts, and access to Bonner Park. A wide variety of services , grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants , cafes, service stations were all within walking distance from the NAC. Indian Rocks beach was only 5 minutes away, I truly enjoyed my stay at this condo and highly recommend it.

We loved the location of the condo with views of the Innisbrook Golf Course from the second floor deck. The condo featured all new furniture, appliances, and linens. The master bedroom is huge and the second bedroom could also be used as an office. There were many wonderful restaurants within a few miles of the condo and Tarpon Springs offered many events to experience. The main swimming pool was fantastic and enjoyed by our grandchildren. All are looking for us to return next year.
