DaniWow wow wow! Location was PERFECT. The house was perfect! We had a large group and I was nervous because this home was a town home so I thought, ok it has enough bedrooms but is it going to be enough living space throughout the day to accommodate everyone? And it 100% was. The fact that you walk out your back door right onto your own private beach made this house worth every penny. David was awesome and helpful and his maintenance crew, Gina and her husband were amazing. We had a small issues and they were there within the hour to fix it. Couldn’t recommend this place enough and we’re already booking our next trip with them!

TimThe BEST home for a large family get together. Lots of space and great to be right on the beautiful beach. It was a little tough with 7 couples as there is much disparity between the bedrooms, but again if you have kids this place is fantastic!

EarnestEasiest access to the beach you’ll ever have. Literally a 10 sec walk from the basement and you’re on the beach. The beach is beautiful and not at all busy, even on a holiday weekend. Large 3 story house with tons of room. Very close to Publix and other shopping. Host was very responsive to questions etc.

Pictures don't make justice to this beautiful gulf front condo. As soon as you enter the view of the ocean is breathtaking, and you have this view on all 3 floors! the master bedroom was in the third floor and had windows from side to side, you walk out to a huge balcony and just take in all of the beautiful emerald waters of the gulf. Location is great. And another plus is that we could bring our dog. David was very helpful and would answer very fast to any questions we had. We definitely recommend this place.

This property was indeed one of the best houses we have rented for our yearly family vacation. The home was spacious and the layout was perfect for our four children and their families. Kitchen was stocked perfectly and had everything we needed to cook with. The three decks gave perfect views to the ocean and was covered so we had shade from the sun. I can't say enough good things about this home. It made our vacation wonderful.

We celebrated our 40th anniversary with 5 couples at this amazing home. This was our first try at renting a property and we are sure this is the standard to measure against as this was far above what we expected and the owners are obviously truly interested in this being a very good experience. If your looking to rent a property this should be as far as you go as we are certain everything else will pale in comparison.
