This Solana Villa has recently been beautifully refurbished throughout.
This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa can sleep 8 people comfortably.
This villa is fully air conditioned/heated throughout and has FREE WIFI and cable TV.
There is a spacious sitting room with lots of modern comfortable seating and large screen TV.
The fully equipped kitchen has a brand-new Cooker, Refrigerator/Freezer with Icemaker and Microwave Oven, As well as Dishwasher and Waste Disposal Unit, plus all crockery and cutlery, are provided.
Bedroom 1 has a Queen size bed, ensuite bathroom and TV
Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed, ensuite bathroom and TV
Bedrooms 3 and 4 are both twin bedroom.

All linens and towels provided for your convenience
The pool and patio with covered lanai are south facing allowing for maximum sunshine, with no rear neighbours. Lots of patio furniture for relaxing/sun bathing, and covered lanai for al fresco dining.
The pool can be heated for additional fee.
There is a safety fence fitted around the pool. If you decide that this is unnecessary for your party, it can be easily removed and stored in the garage.
The villa has a great games room which boasts a full-sized
air hockey table, pool table, football table and a dart board.
The separate Utility Area provides a large capacity Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board
Strictly no smoking and no pets
Hi speed WiFi and air con throughout the villa.
A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental.
Our property management company is available 24 hours 7 days a week for emergency requirements.

About the owner: Johanna and Stephen are a husband and wife team that manage reservations for 40+ private villa owners in the Disney Orlando area, most of these villas are listed on Florida Rentals. We have been operating now for over 15 years. We have owned a villa in Kissimmee near Disney for 20 years and know the area very well.
We will respond to your enquiry and provide a detailed quote, there are no hidden extras. Once you are happy with the quote we will send you the booking form and provide a secure way for you to pay the $150 reservation deposit.
We have many repeat guests that book more than 12 months in advance.
