Our condo has the master bedroom with a king size bed and a second bedroom with a queen size bed. The 3rd separate room has twin bunk beds and its own bathroom. The living room has an additional queen size sleeping sofa.

There are Smart HDTVs in the living room and both bedrooms all with own DVD player. We also provide a collection and DVDs and books for our guests.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and accessories to make you feel at home. The washer/dryer completes the picture of homey-like environment we tried to create for our family, friends, and guests.
The view of the sugar white beaches and emerald green water from our terrace on the 18th floor is breathtaking when watching sunsets in the comfort of the patio furniture.
For the beach, we provide FREE BEACH CHAIR SERVICE - you will receive two lounges & umbrella for each day of your stay!
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING RULES:
1. WE CANNOT RENT TO ANYONE UNDER 25 YEARS OLD PER OUR HOA - NO EXCEPTIONS.
2. NO PETS!
3. The entire building is NO-SMOKING not just in our condo and on our terrace. This rule is enforced by security.

We had a lovely stay. All personnel/staff were extremely helpful in every way. From unloading to loading at the end people and staff was kind, friendly and respectful. We had a beautiful view from our 18th floor room. However when we come again we will make sure not to be above floor 5. That is due to our own panicking from height and elevators. Again thank you for booking us where you did. We enjoyed our trip.

Great unit, great owners, great location! What else could you ask for! Another year at this location. The owners are great to work with and very responsive. Had no issues with the rental or stay. The condo was beautiful and well kept. It is in a great location not to far from Pier Park but far enough to be relaxing and quiet. The beach chair service was a plus. The bonus bunk room was great! This place has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms! The owners were great to work with and quick to respond. If you are looking for a place with lots of room and amenities this is the one. Nothing bad to say about our experience and stay. Will definitely be staying here again! Don’t hesitate book this one!

Tidewater is a great place to stay. We enjoyed the hot tub and the movie theater. The elevators were slow and shut down alot. Loved the view from the balcony. Would stay there again if available. Wonderful January and February stay!!!

Right on the beach with look at the gulf from the balcony. Amazing sunsets on the beach and the beach chairs were included, which was great. The condo is close to Pier Park which offers shops, restaurant and bars; grocery shopping is really close as well. We enjoyed the 3 bathrooms and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. 2 pools, Tiki bar, hot tub, exercise room, restaurant and inside bar provided something for everybody on site. The 2 restaurants we favored most were Boon Dogs and Saltwater. Thank you so much for sharing your condo with us, it was a great time and we highly recommend your condo.

Scott J.Great Family Condo on the Water
This condo is great for a family. We stayed with our 4 kids and enjoyed the view of dolphins from the balcony in the mornings. The Condo is well appointed and was very clean. The complex has all the amenities needed and it is right on the beach. My only complaint is the elevators can have a long wait at peak times. I would stay again
