EMERALD SHORES is the only residential community in Destin that has a private beach pavilion with restrooms, outdoor showers, beach service and it's very own Cabana Cafe' & Bar! This eliminates having to go back to the home for potty breaks, to rinse off the kids or to just get a bite to eat with a cold beverage. It's all available at the Emerald Shores beach pavilion!

REAL SANDY features two King Master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms! This home has a comfortable 1700 square feet of living area and has been recently renovated. This home offers; a gourmet kitchen with granite counters, custom cabinets, stainless appliances, wood blinds, designer touches and outdoor dining spaces. Home is fully equipped with all kitchen wares and utensils for casual or upscale dining. French doors in the front and rear invite in the fresh coastal breezes. It also as an extra full-sized fridge in the laundry area.

Besides the close proximity to the beach and main pool, there are many custom finishing touches in REAL SANDY. The open and integrated kitchen/living room/dining room floor plan makes REAL SANDY a perfect set-up for two families with kids.
