Living room and master bedroom on the Gulf!
Located in a prime area of Panama City Beach at a walking distance to supermarket and several restaurants, the GrandView East condominiums are unique as size and their luxurious comfort.
Our 1,500 sq. ft condo has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and features many upgrades. The master bedroom has a king size bed, large walk-in closed and an over-sized, luxurious bathroom with Jacuzzi, separate shower and separate toilet.

The second bedroom has two full size beds and the third bedroom features a queen size bed. Free internet (Wi-Fi), full size washer/dryer, cable Smart TVs and DVDs in every room, and a fully equipped kitchen complete the picture. Grand View East has a fitness rooms, an outdoor swimming pool that it heated during the cooler seasons, and own parking.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and accessories to make you feel at home. The washer/dryer completes the picture of homey-like environment we tried to create for our family, friends, and guests.
The GrandView received its name from the gorgeous view of miles and miles of sugar white beaches and emerald green water. The view from our terrace on the 15th floor is breathtaking. You will have breakfast or watch sunsets from the comfort of the large, well-furnished patio.
FREE BEACH CHAIR SERVICE! You will receive two lounges & umbrella already set up on the beach for each day of your stay (March 1 to October 31).
PLEASE BE AWARE: the entire building is NO-SMOKING not just in our condo and on our terrace. This rule is enforced by security.

About the owner: We are originally from Austria and came to US more than 25 years ago at company’s request to work at its headquarter in Atlanta. We moved with our 3 sons (now 30, 28, 26) while our latest member of the family, now 15 years old, was born here.
When renting our condos our main desire is to make our friends and guests feel as comfortable as at home. We feel the same when spending time with our kids at the condo and on the beach.
Most important for us is to establish a personal contact with our guests and we try to make ourselves available at any time in case there are questions or anything unexpected happens. Most of our guests are returning folks from all over US with whom we established personal connections.
Why this property? We enjoy being directly on the beach, being very close to grocery stores and other shopping. We also enjoy the large balcony overlooking the beach for coffee in the morning and meals in the evening. We especially like the direct access from our condo to the indoor and outdoor pools and from there directly to the beautiful, wide BEACH. The resort is always well kept, and security ensures everyone's safety.

From the moment you walk in, you feel the fresh air openess to the condo. Loved the floorplan with great gulf views from kitchen, dining area, sitting room, and master bedroom. Watching porpoise from the balcony almost daily was a treat and the sunsets were spectacular. Pia and Cristian are exceptional distant hosts with timely responses to any concerns. We'd rent again from them in an instant.

We have rented from this family several times and each stay has been great but I must say, Grand View 1502 is probably my favorite condo so far. It is so much bigger than I expected. There are no wait times with the elevators. I love that you have to have a code to get in the building and pool area. Parking is great. Its a smaller complex so you aren't fighting a crowd. And of course the view! You can not get any better. We had a wonderful time and plan on staying in this unit again. Thanks so much Pia!

Yes! Yes, and Yes! Don't think twice! This is a beautiful condo! Large open floor plan. Plenty of room for family and friends. The condo, building and grounds are all clean and well kept. We stayed here for a month and wish we never had to leave! The owners are easy to work with and very responsive.

We've been renting condos in Panama City Beach for several years and this was the best so far. The condo was large, clean, and very nicely furnished. Pia, was great to work with and always quick to respond. We'd recommend this condo to anyone looking in the PCB area, and we hope to return there in the future.
