Located in a prime area of Panama City Beach at a walking distance to supermarket and several restaurants, the GrandView East condominiums are unique as size and their luxurious comfort.
Our 1,500 sq. ft condo has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and features many upgrades. The master bedroom has a king size bed, large walk-in closed and an over-sized, luxurious bathroom with Jacuzzi, separate shower and separate toilet.

The second bedroom has two full size beds and the third bedroom features a queen size bed. Free internet (Wi-Fi), full size washer/dryer, cable Smart TVs and DVDs in every room, and a fully equipped kitchen complete the picture. Grand View East has a fitness rooms, an outdoor swimming pool that it heated during the cooler seasons, and own parking.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and accessories to make you feel at home. The washer/dryer completes the picture of homey-like environment we tried to create for our family, friends, and guests.
The GrandView received its name from the gorgeous view of miles and miles of sugar white beaches and emerald green water. The view from our terrace on the 15th floor is breathtaking. You will have breakfast or watch sunsets from the comfort of the large, well-furnished patio.
FREE BEACH CHAIR SERVICE! You will receive two lounges & umbrella already set up on the beach for each day of your stay (March 1 to October 31).
PLEASE BE AWARE: the entire building is NO-SMOKING not just in our condo and on our terrace. This rule is enforced by security.

My wife and I had reservations at Shores of Panama Resort , but the noise from the jack hammers were too much to with stand . We were then moved to Treasure Island Resort and had a wonderful time. Thanks to Ben`s Beach home !Jim & Mary

We stayed here the end of September 2023 and it was wonderful. Spacious living area and bedrooms. The view was breathtaking. Balcony was big with enough with outdoor furniture for everyone. Chair service a huge PLUS. We have rented from this owner for several years and they are responsive to communication and a pleasure to rent from! Highly recommend!

Karen and her home are absolutely ah-mazing!! My boys and I felt welcome as soon as we set foot in the Flip-Flop Calypso! The condo is spacious and extraordinary! Karen ensured that all our needs are met for a long term or short term stay. The condo is kept in immaculate condition with the linens and towels always being fully stocked and clean. The view from the oversized patio is absolutely breathtaking. Karen provides a full set of comfortable patio furniture for the entire family to sit together and watch the sunset as well as the option of dining outside! The beds are firm and comfortable and there’s excellent Wi-Fi and TVs in every room! She also offers the most amazing coffee bar which just adds to the condo and makes you feel cozy and right at home! You are just steps away from the Pier and the shops by the beach as well as Target, for all the Target moms who need last minute items! From the moment you walk in, you feel the fresh air openess to the condo. Loved the floorplan with great gulf views from kitchen, dining area, sitting room, and master bedroom. Watching porpoise from the balcony almost daily was a treat and the sunsets were spectacular. Pia and Cristian are exceptional distant hosts with timely responses to any concerns. We'd rent again from them in an instant.

We have rented from this family several times and each stay has been great but I must say, Grand View 1502 is probably my favorite condo so far. It is so much bigger than I expected. There are no wait times with the elevators. I love that you have to have a code to get in the building and pool area. Parking is great. Its a smaller complex so you aren't fighting a crowd. And of course the view! You can not get any better. We had a wonderful time and plan on staying in this unit again. Thanks so much Pia!

Yes! Yes, and Yes! Don't think twice! This is a beautiful condo! Large open floor plan. Plenty of room for family and friends. The condo, building and grounds are all clean and well kept. We stayed here for a month and wish we never had to leave! The owners are easy to work with and very responsive.

We've been renting condos in Panama City Beach for several years and this was the best so far. The condo was large, clean, and very nicely furnished.
